I bought my mom a new couch set when I bought myself a new set & I had an issue with the delivery men & the way they handled our furniture, not to mention the bulge that happened with my moms loveseat when they brought it inside but I called to speak with Ryan or Travis & they responded back almost immediately & handled the situation. They were very understanding & made sure that a new couch was ordered right away. I love that they offer payment plans through the store as well.
