Salesperson Dawn was very helpful and kind, relaxed and personable. Purchased two different recliners, found exactly what we were looking for and had a great experience. I highly recommend them both for their inventory/options and excellent sales staff.

Wish I would’ve read the receipt better. You’d think they’d tell you no returns. What business doesn’t take returns when still new in package??? Won’t shop there again.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great products, fast professional delivery.Only store in rice lake that actually explained the differences in mattresses and not just trying to sell the price.Awesome products , in my opinion mattress stores are all within a reasonable amount for what you want to pay and quality. Every brand is weither serta or beauty rest or any others are about the same price at any store. What sets the stores apart is the staff, the professionalism, the knowledge, friendliness, and any bonus offers, these guys were great. Our sales person was Stacy, she was new but if she didnt know something she got the manager ryan who was very knowledgeable and pleasant. These two were great.The delivery personnel were unparallel to any other store we have ever purchased from. Friendly, respectful, fast, and efficient and on time. Best buying experience I've ever had I believe. I would add photos if I had any of the store or the team, but trust me when I say clean, friendly, and professional. Loved it and will definitely recommend and be back for future needs.
