OK Theres a women working the register. She's been working the last few days. She is Rude. She was working tonight on 1/7/23 and she is 1. not at the counter when she's supposed to. I have to continue pressing the call button over and over, and 2 when she's at the counter, she's slamming things down, has an attitude, grumpy look on her face, and acts angry all the time.

Not directed at employees in any way shape or form more directed at dollar general if you are going to expect them to be able to check customers out and stock shelves spend the money and put in a better notification system so when they are in back working they can hear that they have a customer up front waiting to be checked out. Ive had to wait up front 10+ minutes multiple times after pushing the crusty button on the phone charger with no avail. Improve the notification system. Otherwise good employees and good selection.

First and foremost none of this review is directed towards the employees there. They are always great as is selection. however dollar general as a company if you are going to spread your workers thin stocking etc you need to put in a better notification system up front to let them know they have customers waiting to be checked out. Multiple times I have had to wait 10+ minutes to be checked out. This is no fault on the employees because how are they supposed to know? The crusty button on the phone chargers rarely works. Figure out a solution to help your employees better serve customers .So they. An at least hear someone is up front.

Dollar general stores are nice expect you in a weelchair you have a hard time in isles have to go forward or back wards depends what in the isles can not turn around. I was in a wheelchair when I was in the nursing home in Owen Wi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The aisles are a bit narrow, and the store could be bigger to house all the items.
