Pharmacy hours, 10-6, closed for lunch, closed weekends. Same prescription is a different price everything month, always higher price. Most times a called in script is not filled until you show up. Pharmacy people are very nice. I would rather have a Pharmacy that's more available, especially on weekends.

Ask employee if someone could help me at counter he tells me go ring a bell and he's to busy...then as he is walking up to counter I'm saying I just ask for help...he trying to intimate me standing within two feet staring at me ask him to walk away and he started talking garbage.who trys to have a fight at the place you work.he needs to be looked at .if something happens law suits

Never a good experience at the Pharmacy. Who ever runs this pharmacy certainly does not understand working with people, time management or customer relations.There is always a wait. Even if you schedule an appointment, you will not be seen on time. The customer still has to wait in line to check in for the appointment. Then when you're late (because you have to wait in line), you get a snide comment from the employees behind the counter. I have used this location several times and now have given up trying to use them.The poor service has nothing to do with staffing. There are always 6 to 8 people working behind the counter and none of them seem to know what they are doing which just adds time to each person's wait. Most of the time, the employees cannot get your insurance to work and there is always a lame excuse why or in some cases they don't know and ask for cash.I would give a ZERO rating if I could.

Apparently employees at the Rhinelander location don’t know it’s not appropriate to touch someone without their permission. Maggie was my cashier. I was wearing a cami under my tank top and a cardigan over it. The cardigan slipped off my shoulder revealing the straps to the cami and the tank top. She then reached over the counter to lift the sleeve of my cardigan back up and said “Your bra is showing.” As someone who also works for Walgreens, I would never A). Touch a customer in general and B). Publicly announce something humiliating like that. I’m sure she meant well but common sense and basic respect should tell us that doing that is inappropriate.

Staff in the checkout out very rude and inconsiderate. Haven’t tried the pharmacy but have heard it’s the staple of this establishment !

This Walgreens has a very good variety of items; many that are different than what Walmart offers so it's nice to have additional options even though you will probably pay more at Walgreens for any/everything, it's still worth it.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! The Pharmacy is the biggest joke ever! Not sure. Why any insurance would make people use Walgreens! Horrible customer service. They over charge for Rxs, give false information, and are slower then hell.
