Asked my doctor to call in my monthly perscription a little early since I'll be out of town all week and Rhinelander had the closest Walgreens pharmacy that is open on Saturday and I couldn't believe how fast they filled it considering the type of medication it is and that I've been using the Walgreens pharmacy in Eagle River almost exclusively for the last five years to fill my monthly perscription from a doctor in Madison who one pharmacist called the "king of s*b*x*n*" and has patients all over da state includin' da Nortwoods. If you're on a MAT program for OUD you know how important it is to not run out even if your supposed to have enough 8mg sublingual films left to last another week but, let's be honest, that's not always the case. My point is that Walgreens pharmacy helps me maintain a standard of living that I would lose if I had to resort to self medicating which is risky these days with all the fake meds made with fentanyl instead of the real ones that pharmacies used to freely dispense.

About 5 years ago this was a great pharmacy. Now it is so poorly managed, always understaffed, and they cut the hours they are open. Not sure what happened just wish it would go back to the way it used to be.

They all do not need to take their break all at one time that's why they are always behind with refilling prescriptions

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever felt with. They lost my daughters antibiotic script. They are rude and make you stand there and wait for 45 minutes we’ll they sit there and talk amongst each other. Save the headache and go somewhere else.

Used the pharmacy here a half dozen times over the last couple years and it is almost always a shitshow. Hours are inconvenient, the whole pharmacy shuts down mid afternoon for lunch, scrips are never ready, the computer system always has the wrong info even though I correct it every time. One bonus star because our booster shots went smoothly. Changing to Hometown or Trigs.

What in the heck are all these bad reviews! We were driving back from Neenah after staying in ICU for a week and then had nearly two weeks in physical therapy and they stayed open until we arrived. It was only five minutes but no one cares these days. My hat's off to this Walgreens.

Worst experiences ever!!! First time I was called notifying me my prescription was filled and ready to pick up. When I arrived I was told it was not ready and had to wait a half hour. This time I schedule my booster shot through the automated system and was told on the phone I will not need my confirmation number. When I arrive I was told that I'm not on the appointment list. At this point you'd think they'd try to make it right by scheduling me. No instead I was basically told they can't help me. Took an hour off of work for nothing and didn't even get an apology!!!

Their phone line sucks. If you have a simple question in need of a simple answer be prepared for the run around. You are only able to talk to pre-recordings.

I have never had a good experience with the pharmacy in rhinelander. They are always rude to me and seem irritated about having to do their job, especially Aaron. I highly advise anyone to switch to Trig’s pharmacy where I’m actually treated with respect.

I have been using Walgreens drive thru for years to pick up my meds. Now they only allow customers th at are getting Covid tested to use it. I am disabled with a leg brace and have to walk into the store to pick up my meds now! I don't think its fair to customers and I have talked to management about this!! I plan to transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy that will bring them to my car

I was waiting 30 minutes for pharmacy on the phone. Counting down number of callers. I was next. Then was disconnected. Trying to get on line for a covid test also, keep getting kicked out. Can't get a human to answer any call for info. Frustrating .

It would be amazing if you were going to close an offered service advertised such as drive thru! I waited in line and got up there only to find out it was only being used for covid testing. Great idea , but I would have appreciated a sign to provide me that info so I didn't waste my time !
