“The AF Rhinelander team and its facility are amazing!! I joined this gym as part of their “6 week challenge” in summer 2022. I was about 6 months postpartum, at my weakest and heaviest and was VERY intimidated. The first day I showed up for a session I was warmly welcomed, encouraged, supported and challenged…and I can confidently say that still rings true. The staff is so friendly, and they genuinely want to see everyone succeed and reach their fitness goals. The best part about membership at AF is the option to participate in the team workout sessions…I love not having to come up with my own workout! NEVER in a million years did I think I would be consistently working out 4-5 times a week. The 5:30p team workout sessions have become apart of my routine and it’s something I always look forward to!”
