I'm 45 min away, without a way to get the automobile and got a call from Josh and kindly they dropped off the car as a courtesy. I wouldn't of had a car for several days until my folks who are in their 70's came from Illinois and would've had to drive in icy conditions to drop me off. “Thankfully was able to order the 2024 Arctic Cat ZR 600 Catalyst with Atac and Atach systems in March 2023.I included desired accessories the 2 most important being high windshield and Atach semi rigid storage both of which were included in the original estimate.When sled came in the Atach storage wasn’t ordered and they had the wrong windshield. The actual windshield was in stock at Arctic Cat and elsewhere but would be a month to get in.Grrrr.Salesman greeted me outside of the store’s door with a solid handshake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even started my 1997 ZL 440 for me as my shoulder was toasted.It isn’t the end of the world. But would have been so nice to at least have the windshield installed. Now it’s on me to uninstall the 2” of stock “windshield” and install the high one when it should have been done.Thanks to Country Cat got it done.On a high note thanks to Schoeder’s I have probably the best designed snowmobile ever made. No tools to access everything under the hood! Atach system is easy peasy and lockable. The seat should take a lot of stress off my aging hip joints (narrow up front) and the Catalyst system gets rave reviews. The battery is under the seat which is also east to remove.Lacking snow here in Central Wisconsin no first ride to report but can update this then.”

“We had them clean up a old arbor that was forgotten in my Mother's backyard. Not only did they clean it by grinding but they also sprayed it with both a car primer as well as a crisp white car paint. This abor should withstand the Wisconsin seasons!”

“They've been pretty good to me while they are repairing my vehicle. The only thing that made me rate 4* was because I wish they would've told me on the phone (before bringing my car in) that they wouldn't be physically working on my car for at least 2 weeks. I picked up my rental the same day dropping off my vehicle thinking nothing of it, or at least thinking they'd be working on it within a week. I get a call almost 2 weeks later asking if I would like to pick my car up because they were done doing the assessment of the damage and ordered the parts that were needed, and I could pick it up and drive it until the parts and everything else came in. I was confused because I thought they were already working on my vehicle. I'm thinking well, I don't think I can just pause my rental time and pick my car up. Right now, that is our own running vehicle, and we only have 1 or 2 days max with this rental now. And I don't think it'll be done by the time I have to drop the rental back off. I can't afford to just throw $300 more down for a deposit to keep this rental, especially after Christmas and the holidays. Thankfully, I have a relative who is willing to help me out until my vehicleis done. But, I've been very patient. I know things would take longer to come in, especially since it's around a bunch of holidays. And I do appreciate them for keeping me updated as much as possible while they have my car. Again, everything has been amazing with this company. The only con I have was with the communication in the beginning. If they would've said, " Hey, don't get your rental yet until after we do the assessment and order parts. It'll save you on days with the rental. " This is my very first time hitting a deer or getting into an accident, so I didn't know what I was even supposed to do. I didn't really have anyone to walk me through on what to do and what to expect. But again, they've been great. I'm hoping I don't ever have to use them or anyone for something like this again because who would (no one wants a have an accident or hit an animal) ? but I DO recommend them!”

“I don't buy parts often. I went during lunch and there was only one person working and the phones were ringing off the hook. But he took the time to answer my questions. This big fella came in who happened to be his coworker was asked to answer the phone. I don't know if he was lazy or didn't care to help his coworker but he never got around to answering the phone. My salesman did. It was a little off putting. I would rather see teamwork and a positive work environment.”
