First time user and found them very easy to work with and prompt work their analysis for parasites.
Could work on returning phone calls though. I called with a question (it was not close to closing time), went to VM, and didn't receive a call back. Had to call the next day.

Wish I could give negative stars!!
Caution, when bringing your pets here. We used their service for years. But due to the neglect of Dr. Ruby we almost lost our dog. Saw her at 11:30 am did not touch her or listen to her heart or check her bladder. Did an x-ray gave her meds and f/u in 6-8 weeks and get her started on a medicated diet. But you need to order it and takes 3-5 days no rush order, no sample given. I asked (with a witness there ) she is barely eating, not pooping, hasn't peed in 18hrs how long can we wait? I was told I AM NOT CONCERNED ABOUT THAT. She was showing signs of distress at that visit.
Needless to say never improved at all her distress got worse. Ended up taking her to PAWS HEALTH in Wausau 24 hr emergency hospital got there at 11:30 pm that same day and got home at 6:00 am the next day. Her bladder was full, hard, distended almost to the point of bursting, bladder stones stuck. Amen they took her in right away and got her the relief/help she needed. Doctor put her on stronger antibiotics. We ended up paying thousands to get her care she should've had at 11:30am. Thank God we took her in instead of believing Dr. Ruby and wait 6-8 weeks or we would be holding her ashes. And the poor pain my animal suffered is not acceptable when it could've been dealt with.
The lack of compassion for my animal / family member says a lot about his character. Horrible veterinarian.
I wrote a letter to clinic about the our situation in detail, how dissatisfied we were, presented our medical bills we paid from them and Paws. Of course won't be recompensated for his neglect. Was praying and hoping Dr. Ruby would be talked to about our case instead he calls and tells me to retract my letter. Not a chance!!! Praying nobody else has to deal with this horrible service. In my opinion Dr. Ruby shouldn't be a vet any longer!!!!

Their prices are very fair, they are very nice and helpful. We love taking our animals here. Whenever I call with questions or concerns, they take them seriously. We have been clients for this organization for 5 years. Horses, dogs, and cats. Each an every time we have a farm call or take a pet in to visit, we and our animals are treated with dignity and respect. Highly recommended ? clinic.

I have never met such amazing Veterinarians. I have been using Veterinary Associates, LLC for the past 3 years and absolutely love them. They have amazing customer service and truly care about my animals. I had two elderly horses put down last year which was extremely hard for me because my horses are my babies. Each time a Vet came out to put my horse down they were so understanding, explained the process, and gave me time with my horses. The vets even went as far as asking me if I would like locks of hair from my horses manes. Veterinary Associates has amazing staff and I will continue recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Jaxx, an eight week old American Staffordshire Terrier, came to Brillion as a rescue. We chose Veterinary Associates to provide his initial assessment, it was such a positive experience we found our place. The staff is always professional, attentive to any concerns, or issues you may have, helping to provide the best care possible for your pet. They've welcomed our bundle of energy, now 14 months old,, found laughter at his antics, given sound advice regarding the expectations of his breed. The skillful techniques utilized by the vet during his playful assessment of Jaxx made all of us feel more at ease.
