Purchased a Club Car Precedent a couple years ago and just had a lift kit installed this winter by Jim's and they did an excellent job, we love it!! Great products, service and help. Love that they also pick up and deliver cart to campsite front door after they store and winterize our cart during winter and is very areasonable price. If you need golf cart help or products call Jim's.

Outstanding Company and Employee's. McClain did an outstanding help on a hard issue with my prior cart.James in sales took great care of me and set me up with another Precedent at a very fair price. Slight issue after the fact and they took great are of me 100%.Don't go anywhere else these are good people. It was worth the 50 minute drive.

RENTAL BEWARE!!! I rented a cart a month before the Iola Old Car show. A day before using it I discovered the carts weren't allowed in the grounds. Why would I need a cart then! I went to Jim & asked for a refund. He said, NO REFUNDS & walked away. If you can find his mile long contract it says, NO REFUNDS! If you died before using the cart, NO REFUND! $132 for nothing. No photos, nothing to show. We are living in a different world!

I bought a golf cart from Jim's last fall in the off-season. They told me that if anything goes wrong in spring to call them, which they didn't have to since it was a 90 day warranty. Something did end up going wrong in spring at our campground 1 1/2 hours away from Jim's shop. I called and Jim said he could possibly send a tech out there to take a look and possibly fix it. The tech called me on his way there and when he was able to fix the issue. Great customer service!! We will be using them for all of our golf cart needs. Thank you.

We rent a cart for the season from Jim’s for a site at KOA Kettle Moraine. There was an issue with the one we had and within about an hour of calling them, we had a loaner at our site. The next day, we had a replacement brought to our site. This is above and beyond service, but even more so given that this all took place over a holiday weekend. Fully recommend.
