I didnt hav a bike lock so i was walking my bike through the store and instead of being asked to keave it outside an old kady saw me then screeched bikes cant be in here get out. Insane.

I was in dire need of boba tea. I was 3 minutes away from dying due to the withdrawal effects. I walk into the store and search everywhere for boba tea! Come to find out there was no boba....... Trash pharmacy btw

I went in November for a COVID booster. My app says flu. I called - she said she would have confirmed with me what it was-NOPE. I have never had flu & don't want the vaccine. What if I had an aller?

It is the weekend and the pharmacy closes at 6. There is a sign on their window with the pharmacy hours. I went to go pick up my script at 5:50pm and there is a sign on their window saying they are closed. It's so frustrating when they don't go by what their sign says.

Last 2 times we have had to pick up my father's scripts nothing but issues getting someone on the phone and getting them filled. One time they actually gave us someone else's script, thankfully this was after father's eye surgery so he could see they were not his. Now drive up speaker is broken and there are so many people waiting in line they are almost to the other side of the store. If there was another pharmacy that took my dad's insurance in town we would change in heartbeat.

This has become the worst pharmacy. It seems as though the snobby pharmacists can decide that they know better than your doctor does on if you need meds and end up holding you up for days. They give snarky looks if you are on something they don’t approve of. Especially the pharmacist that doesn’t speak good English. Ms. High and mighty you don’t need this prescription. Cause she said so. They are slow. So is the Mauston store. For god sakes two weeks later still waiting on meds to be filled there.

This pharmacy is awful. I have had issue after issue hoping it would get better but it hasn't. I am disgusted with my experience tonight as well as how rude the pharmacist was.

Unless you want to be charged for absolutely nothing I suggest never ordering photos through Walgreens. It's. And then they'll tell you it you're fault I do it you're fault and that there's nothing they can do. they charged my card $25 for something that was not mine then tell me its on me my problem to deal with. Sheri was very rude while I was talking to her and turned her back and ignored me acting like I wasn't standing there because she didn't want to deal with it. Very poor customer service I experienced today.
