Always fast and friendly service. Crew always let's you know how wipers, fluids, and filters are looking. They don't push un needed or un wanted parts.

Had a premium oil change. They are quick and friendly. You stay in car and they give you a bottle of water while you wait. They explain everything they are doing and you can see what they are doing. They make sure there are no oily fingerprints or any mess on the car and give a free car wash pass for the wash next door. Unfortunatly we got a faulty filter and went back a couple days later as oil was dripping and spraying under the hood. They checked it out, replaced the filter, topped the oil and cleaned all they could reach under the hood. They did not have the premium filter so wrote on the invoice we are to get an adjustment on the next change. The new filter seems to be fine and there was no hassle with our problem. We were offered another free car wash when we left. We will go there again.

Normally love my service here but drove from La valle, arrived at 6:30 when it says open until 8 and no one is here. Rather disappointing given that my trip to reedsburg was just for that.

I work in Madison 5 days a weeks so I do my best of taking care of my car i.e. getting oil changes when necessary. So I'm constantly going to this Take 5 in Reedsburg. Everyone is always so kind and helpful!

New customer! Gave us each a water while we wait. Quick yet efficient. Showed us everything they were doing and options for additional services and upgrades were offered. Free car wash and we had a coupon. Fair pricing. Washed windshield, topped fluids, cleared oil code and made sure oil level was correct before leaving. Thanks for all your hard work Jeremy and Adrian. Will be sure to come back for future services.

Customer service is beyond amazing. The team is so nice and helpful. They explained everything as they performed the vehicle service. The veteran discount is greatly appreciated, as is the car wash ?

They typically do a really nice job. On occasion you will get the attempted upsell when it isn’t needed but can’t really blame them for trying to make money.Service: Oil change

Very helpful staff. I love the water bottle upon arrival. Helpful with suggestions too. I have a small Crack in my windshield and they suggested an inexpensive way to fix it. They offered to change my back windshield wiper and when I said no, they were ok with that. Not pushy at all, only suggested additional items. Definitely going back.

Would have given it a 5, but the prices are steep. The service was great,professional, and fast. Like I said, though, the price was over $100. I know inflation. I get it, but $100?
