I took a minute to write this because people seem to take to writing reviews when they've had a one time bad experience. I've been in this store at least 30 times and here's my review. We recently moved here from the Chicago suburbs. Reedsburg itself is like a breath of fresh air with its slower pace and very friendly people. In moving, I was concerned about having to drive long distances to find certain items I'd need. Walking into True Value Superstore gave me an amazing comfort that I'd be able to pick up pretty much anything I'd need! We've been living here for 2 months now and to my wife's dismay, I actually love shopping at this True Value! I find excuses to "run to True Value".... Lol! There is so much more here than you'd see at a typical hardware store back in the Chicagoland area. The employees have always been extremely helpful and friendly on every visit I've made here! I'm so glad this store is here! It has a wide selection of everything from pets, rentals, tools, crafts, home goods and a lot of hunting essentials. Don't let the one off reviews stop you from visiting this Superstore for yourself!

Beware: No longer allow returns/exchanges.I bought an outdoor outlet cover and it was the wrong size. I tried to return it in the packaging with a small opening in the plastic wrap and they said I couldn't. I asked why and was told the manager said no. I asked if I could exchange it and was told no. They do have a long list of things on their "no returns" list but outlet covers isn't on it.I've never had an issue with this in the past so this is new policy.
