Highly recommend this florist! I had the absolute privilege of working with Dawn (god rest her soul ?❤️) for our wedding flowers back in October 2020. She was absolutely incredible in making me feel like an absolute bride! They work at her and the team did too make sure our day went out without a hitch was incredible!
I have utilize them several times for ordering for myself and loved ones and have never been disappointed
I also have received flowers from loved ones who have sent them to me from this forest and I feel they have gone above and beyond when it comes to ensuring proper delivery of the flowers, calling ahead of time to ensure that somebody would be around for delivery, etc.
Highly recommend and I will continue to use this florist whenever needed!

Ordered flower for a family members Birthday. Following checkout an added $24 was placed on bill for (?) I decided I would continue with purchase till final confirmation stated delivery wouldn't happen till after her birthday do to covid . I canceled immediately! Still was receiving email stating delivery confirmed !!! Canceled again . 3 days later received phone call confirming delivery was scheduled for tomorrow, that's 4 day later ! Don't be like me and think you're finding local florists by a Google search. Just my experiences folks but honestly I'll never make this mistake again.

I wanted to send flowers to my cousin's funeral in Cazenovia. I'm in Chicago and didn't know who to contact. I'm very grateful that I found County Charm and am grateful to the reviewers who helped point me this way. I wanted a suitable arrangement, all white and greens if possible (because right now you need to be flexible!), and didn't want to be the center of attention at his funeral. The arrangement was superb. Perfect size, beautiful work, and exactly suited to the environment. (My sister sent me this photo, and I'm happy to share it.) Thank you for all your help and assistance. I am profoundly grateful.

I live in Chicago and couldn't make it home for mother's day. I ran out of time so I ordered her flowers from an online provider. Country Charm fulfilled the order, but had communicated some delays to the online company (who never contracted me). Additional communication issues with that online company continued to happen, including them falsely reporting poor condition to Country Charm.Dorothy and her granddaughter were very sweet and kind in resolving the situation and the arrangement my mom received today was absolutely beautiful. I have ordered from them directly many times in the past and will continue to do so - and avoid those online companies!
