Do not bring your vehicles here. The techs at quick lane next door cannot follow simple instructions, let alone mount a tire without damaging your rims. When brought up to the manager at quick lane, he refused to believe that his tire machine or techs damaged my rim. Then I talked to the service manager Kevin at EVS and he refused to cover any costs of the repair because he thinks the damage was caused by “wheelspin” from brand new Michelin ps4s on an AWD boat. This is super unprofessional and unacceptable I do not recommend going here. 1 star only because I couldn’t choose 0

Needed a tire replaced on my truck, showed up and asked them to not put the spare tire back under the truck as I wanted to remove the rust and repaint. Well, they remounted the spare, charged me the tire disposal fee and the put the old tire in the bed of the truck that I paid them to dispose of. Now I have to drive 35 minutes back down to have them dispose of the tire.

I would start by saying I will never buy a Ford again. I bought a 2017 ford f150 in 2018 with about 20,000 miles on it. These vehicles have faulty oil pan where they leak from the gasket. I had Eric Von schledhorn fix it multiple times under warranty. I took it back to be fixed again for a fifth time. They claim I have only had it there for the problem twice. Which is either here nor there, but this time ford puts out a bulletin saying that the problem is the valve covers that need to be changed inside the new oil pan that is going to be put on. Kind of funny after these vehicles aren’t under warranty that they are going to start fixing them the correct way. No help from the dealership to help pay for the problem that went from a couple hundred dollars to a 2,000$. Spoke to the ford motor company to get assistance as well. No such luck after 2 hours worth of being put on hold and speaking with multiple representatives. Also my ford ended up with a head gasket going with only 72,000 miles. Totally disgusted with Eric Von Schledhorn and the entire company.

We purchased a used car 3 weeks ago from EVS and feel that they did not stand by their statements. We were assured EVS would resolve major issues that may arise, as they value their name and reputation. On that guarantee, we felt comfortable buying from EVS and our salesman, Jeff. On the ride home from Eric Von Schledorn, the brakes were making a scraping sound on the front left side of the car. Dealership agreed to look and turned the rotors due to a "rust ridge," and the issue should be resolved. We called again, as the noise was still occurring. We were then told that the noise is "normal" and would stop. 3 weeks later the noise is still occurring and appears to be getting worse. Called again and they said they would charge us to look again, even though there was still a scraping/grinding noise, which was present on our drive home from the lot. We were told that we would be charged if we brought it in again- as it's not a "safety" issue and EVS verified everything they needed to when selling a used car. We feel brakes and grinding noise is a major issue and the Service Manager does not want to do what is needed to resolve and replace any parts. Not the "Extraordinary" service they claim. Dealership manager said they would look at it again but would not be replacing any parts. Don't expect their verbal guarantee to help when problems arise. Buyer beware.

Eric Von Schledorn is the only place I'll bring my F150 for service. Great service and techs. I just had my brakes replaced and an oil change. EVS had a fair price and excellent customer service. Thank you, EVS!

4-29-2024 Called service dept in the morning and spoke with Joe , got a quote on new tires for my f150 ,price was way less expensive than other places I called , Joe stated he had the tires in stock and could get me in that same afternoon and it would take approx 1 1/2 hr , my appt was at 2pm and at 3:30 I was at the cashier's window paying my repair order , very fast and professional service, will definitely recommend them , keep up the great work

Went In for an issue with car shutting off. They told me it was the battery. After replacing the battery. Issue still happened. Found the battery cable, not original, wasn’t even connected properly. Fixed myself. Had them work on a known exhaust leak, replaced the manifold, but shoved the dipstick tube too far in. When I complained about the sound when I picked it up, I was told it was probably always there. Kept trying to play it off as not original parts, they even knew it didn’t sound right, but didn’t do anything about it.

The finance manager lied stating we only needed to add the vehicle to insurance within 30 days of purchase per "State of Wisconsin Consumer Protection Laws" (As long as we already had an active insurance policy, which we did). Unfortunately we listened to him, and now the lender who we financed... THROUGH EVS FORD... is now charging us $2,000.00 for not having insurance between the date we insured, and the initial purchase date, even though the finance manager going through the paperwork explicitly said that to us. Ultimately I'm at fault legally for not taking an hour to read every single word from the 33 page contract prior to signing in his office, but I just kind of trusted that it would be an honest and upfront experience like my last vehicle I purchased from EVS Chevy. Overall, I'm happy with the truck I bought and the quality of it, as well as the sales rep, other than them being unwilling to submit paperwork to Ford that I requested regarding a price exemption due to false advertising. Ultimately, I got an okay price on the truck, and otherwise things were good, but if you're going to buy a vehicle here, DO NOT finance through them. Adding a middle man inbetween the lender and myself to spread false advice to me that will cost thousands of dollars down the road doesn't qualify as the greatest buying experience in my honest opinion.

Called Monday afternoon, Joe told me to bring it in at 8 am. Tuesday morning I was there at 8 AM, Joe showed me to a very nice waiting area. 15 minutes later Joe came with an explanation as to what was wrong with my vehicle. They had the part in stock and I drove away 45 minutes later. I don’t think I’ve ever had is friendly or efficient service anywhere else.
