This is a husband and wife team! Steve and Molly are truly the BEST! I started looking for a shop to “restore†my Mom's 1959 Thunderbird. My father purchased the T-Bird for my mother in 1961. This was my Mom's car. I have many fond memories riding in that car with my mom when I was a kid. In 1975 my Dad parked the car. It sat in his DAMP garage until he “ sold†it to me for a dollar in 1982. I had every intention of fixing up the car and driving it. Well, life got in the way and it didn't really happen. I did some brake work and some other little things and drove it some, but never to far. I parked it in my garage, after I moved it from Woodstock, Ill, Aurora, Ill, Libby, MT, Whitefish, MT, Fontana, WI, back to Woodstock, down to Kansas City and finally to Burlington. About 4 years ago I started my search for a place to “restore†Moms car. At first I was going to keep it original, but then I started thinking, “Hey! I want to be able to drive it ANYWHERE and not have to worry about break downs and finding partsâ€. So, I sent out Emails to at least 4 shops around the Chicagoland area plus “The Count†from the TV show. I explained this was my Moms car and how I wanted it modified and I wanted to do it as a tribute to my Mom. I didn't get ONE response! Not ONE! Well, that kind of took the wind out of my sails. Really? No one was interested? So, I kind of slowed down looking. Then, 2 yrs ago, the dreaded day came and Mom departed to a better place. Now I'm like, “ I HAVE to get Moms car done!†Now it's going to be done in my Moms memory and it's going to be brand new! So, a friend from Madison s left an article he found in the newspaper talking about Driven Restorations and put it in my locker at work. Six months pass and I find the article in my locker. So, I decide I have to keep trying. I contacted Driven via E-Mail and I also found a place in Illinois, which I finally had to call because no response, but Driven got back with me almost immediately ! We corresponded and then set up a meet and greet. In the meantime, I did schedule an appointment with the place in Illinois and drove down to visit with them. I was very disappointed! “They†(Illinois) weren't very interested. Actually told me that they would have a hard time getting 59 T-Bird parts! WHAT!? I told them I wanted the car to look like a 59 Bird, but be sitting on a new platform. Still was not that interested, but they'd look at it! Wow...... thanks, but no thanks! The following week, Kim and I went to Randolph to meet Steve and Molly. What a difference!!! I think they where more excited than me in what my plan was! Kim and I where so pleased! Steve and Molly are REAL people! They are not only kind and genuine, they really, really know their stuff! Within a week, they came up with a build plan and estimates and where ready to start in less then 90 days! Their work is AMAZING! Just follow the work they have done so far on the T -Bird! I have the utmost confidence in this build. I know that the team at Driven Restorations is building Moms car as if it was their own Mom! Kim and I are very fortunate we found Steve and Molly and their Team! I know Mom is watching with approval! Moms T-Bird is going to be the talk of the town and the SEMA Convention! Oh, did I mention SEMA? BOOM..... THERE IT IS! Class act shop operated by class act people! If you are lucky enough for Driven Restorations to do your next project..... you will NOT be sorry! PS. Stand by for more updates. Mom's T-Bird is going to really fly!

We had the pleasure of touring this amazing facility! The work going on was shear perfection. Knowledgeable, thorough with both owner and vehicle. There are no cutting corners, or starting where substandard work left off. Taking the vehicle all the way down, and working each detail correctly, and to perfection, to the end. the gals and guys there are fantastic!! Thanks for having us, and keep creating automotive art!

Actually broke down and the owner came out and help push my car onto his property and tried to help figure out the problem. Ended up having to have it towed.

The craftsmanship shows in a complete restoration of our '49 truck. Fit and finish are superb and the truck drives great. Good people to work with, very accommodating. We would recommend them for any restoration project, big or small. Very happy with the process and the results
