I've had great service in pass however this one time I had my car there it was towed in had to call to find out about my car told him i would call the next to let him know if I wanted call fix was made to think the car would be fix lost money car had to wait til tue for car to be fixed.

Was told first come first serve. Dropped car off the night before the work was said it would be finished and was supposed to be in and out. No call all day to find that another project came in and took up all of the time that day. A wasted day and money lost. Come here for a terrible customer experience if that's what your after.

Twice now in a row I’ve came here and had my car drive worse than when it got there. The first time they fixed it. However the second time they did not. My car came from the shop with a leak and a misaligned steering wheel. I spent well over $4000 with this place and they did not take care of me as a customer. On top of that, they denied that they were at fault. They were uncooperative and even hung up the phone on me while talking to them. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR CAR.

It was great the first time I visited. I went there to get my brakes done and a caliper fixed, due to it being rusted. THAT TIME I was very satisfied! Then when I went to get my inner Tyrod fixed and an alignment done (for $300+ may I add), they didn't even DO THE ALIGNMENT and I'm about 98% sure they put a USED TYROD on... ???
My car was driving EXACTLY THE SAME WAY as before, if not WORSE! I tried to bring it back to have them show me where they fixed the tyrod, and I was told I had to wait for all the other cars to be done. Basically, I had to wait in line, which I felt like I SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT! They just needed to put my car on the car lift for 5 MINS to show me the work that was done, that I PAID $300+FOR, but nope! I was treated as if I didn't matter.. so! My opinion as far as rating goes, is 50/50.

After having my driver side headlight bulb go out I purchased a new pair only to find out that installing the headlight bulb would require much more work than I expected since parts needed to be removed for my specific model and the employee from O'Reilly's where I purchased the bulbs recommended Wisconsin Muffler and Tire which I am very grateful for because after calling them right away they were able to immediately squeeze me in and charge a very fair price Plus the person who assisted me named Will was very helpful and I'm especially grateful for his assistance so I would highly recommend Wisconsin muffler to anyone in the Racine area looking for a quality work on their car at a fair price.

You won’t find a more helpful and knowledgeable group of professional auto mechanics anywhere in SE Wisconsin. And they’re prices always beat the competition. I don't know how they do it! My family has all auto repairs done here. They are the BEST!!!

I wish I could give zero stars because they don’t even deserve one. I Took my car here for brakes and rotors and have had to come back FIVE TIMES to have them repaired again. Each time the manager acts like we owe him gratitude for helping us! They have attempted to charge us for the repairs at least once. Horrible attitude, poor customer service, unknowledgeable about repairs, horrible workmanship! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to get their bike fixed here- let alone a vehicle.Service: Auto brake replacement

They plugged a hole in my tire within a few hours at no charge! The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, as well. Will definitely be back should my car need any service.
