Worst customer service! The wash on Washington Ave scratched my car all over. The extremely rude district manager denied their wash did it. Even after the on duty manager apologized to us and admitted it happened! He also submitted pictures to her and she still denied it! Worst wash ever! I highly recommend not using them.

Took less than 2 minutes! Was very quick and efficient! This was my first time going so I cant speak in the longevity of the seals n stuff they use yet, but as far as initial experience was nice! The only complaint I have is that the floor mat scrubbers are only seasonal I guess so I couldn't clean my floor mats which was a big thing to me, they should have met scrubbers of some kind all year round! Winter n fall is the muddiest seasons! But all in all was a decent experience!

The new one on Hwy 20 is very nice and if ur a member and only go there u don't need to have the sticker on ur windshield

Rocket Wash is my favorite car wash to use. A long with a wash you get free air, and free mat washer. A lot for the money. Well worth it in my opinion.Services: Polishing

My car was a little dusty from some gravel roads. I bought their Jupiter wash (the most expensive) and it didn't get the dust off. They did nicely let me go through again, but the dust is still there! I had even wiped down the inside of my car around the back seat before going through the second time in case the dust was coming from a hidden spot. Customer service was great, I just wish my car was clean after almost $40 worth of washes.

Friendly staff, clean facility, drove 11 hours from out of town so was unsure whether the wash would get all the bugs off, staff assured us that if it missed some then we could go back thru, sure enough there was still just alittle bit and staff let us go thru again without any issues.
