Horrible experience. Wells Fargo charges an overdraft fee for not having the required minimum daily balance. The monthly service overdraft fee adds up each month which means the fee becomes doubled if you don’t pay. Wells Fargo is the biggest fraud of a bank. Will definitely be looking to change banks.

Today I went to that branch and the truth is that Mrs. Aisha treated me very well. I don't know if it is written like that but thank you very much for your attention and kindness.

It’s says online is open but they aren’t on Saturday. Also the ATM machine doesn’t have $100 bill it doesn’t even give you an option to choose. Don’t go to this location

This place has been shut down for months now... and the only bank that's open is far but they are also sometimes closed in an unexpected times and now that they deactivated my card because they sent me another one in the mail which I have not yet received and I have to order a new one which will come in another 6 to 8 business days remind you I have been having this problem since January 6 and now I'm no longer able to use my card because it's deactivated and I wasn't able to use MY MONEY now I can't pay for the things I need to pay because all the banks are closed I have been having this problem since January 6th of this year and have not gotten my issue resolved.. I will definitely be switching over to Chase where my Family has had for the past 5 years and never had any problems that I have been experiencing they know how to run a proper business sorry Wells Fargo but your unprofessionalism has gotten to out of hand. Goodbye I will definitely not be looking back on my decision. Sincerely Jayson Bonet an unhappy customer

i called for a notary got there they told me nobody was availible. Wells fargo will no longer get any of my services. i bank with them and they have been horrible!!

Waited 45 mins in lobby for assistance. Wells Fargo are very fraudulent they charge you over draft fees to transfer your money in between your own accounts weeks later. Wells Fargo says even though I canceled cards merchants can still charge my closed account and accrue more overdraft fees. Never again will I bank or recommend wells Fargo . The only bright spot was Alberto he was very polite and helpful with what he could do.
