Pharmacists have always been extremely helpful whenever I've needed questions answered!

I have given this pharmacy enough chances to get things right. In the last year our son's prescription has been delayed over and over again. There is 0 communication. It's truly not even worth getting into the details because it is clear the pharmacy does not care. In particular there is one pharmacist, a male Asian, who is extremely rude. I picked up a prescription and the technician passed it over and said he would see me since it was new. He saw me waiting at the window and just said, "What do you want??" He has made other rude remarks but again, no one there seems to care. Being rude seems to be their norm.We are waiting DAYS for a prescription to be refilled and have been patient. We are now on our third story/excuse. First attempt to pick it up via drive-thru, we were told it wasn't in stock and they don't know if anyone has attempted to order it and to check the next morning. We checked in the morning and were told to call back in an hour to see if it is ready. I called back several hours later, figuring they had ample time and now I am being told the prescription won't be in until tomorrow or the day after. I expressed my concern for lack of communication and getting the runaround to the pharmacist. Not only was he rude and did not care, he said, "Well I am the pharmacist and that's what I say."We're officially done with this pharmacy. Just a note - everyone else (photo, cashier, etc.) have always been pleasant, but I suggest you do everything possible to stay away from this pharmacy.

It's a decent store but they have given Me someone else's prescription two times now in the past year. It is getting a little annoying.

So done with Walgreens, they're horrible. This is the worst Walgreens I've ever ever dealt with. They're mean to everybody here. If you don't like your job then find another one.

The pharmacists here a wonderful. My last prescription was not covered by insurance and was quite pricey! They went out of their way to find a free prescription card that lowered the price several hundred dollars. Thank you for what you do, you are appreciated!

Had the unpleasant experience of dealing with a poorly trained, rude pharmacy technician. Her name was (sounds like) PerJoke. Couldn't answer my question (probably because she was only half-listening), became very argumentative, placed me on hold. After about 10 minutes the phone started to ring again. Apparently, she didn't know the answer to the question because she just picked up the phone and hung it up. PerJoke: Do everyone a favor and find another job. You clearly don't have the aptitude for this type of work. Walgreens: You wonder why people are leaving Walgreens for other pharmacies (like Target or Costco): This is why.

Spent so much time waiting in line that I could've filled my own prescription.

Waited for 45 min just to find out that the prescription that was sent to the pharmacy was sent to the other Walgreens on Douglas in which they had the prescription that I needed but were not able to apply the insurance information to the script. This place is a joke.

The last two calls I made to the pharmacy to talk about a prescription refill were redirected to a "call center" that Walgreens uses. My guess is when the pharmacy is too busy to take incoming calls this is where your call will end up. My issue with each call was the person I talked to could neither answer my question or gave me the wrong information. This is based on the information I received from going to the pharmacy and asking them the same questions I asked the call center. On top of that the last call made to 'Walgreens call center" the person I talked to hung up on me because I questioned the information she was providing me with. I will no longer call Walgreens pharmacy for information on the prescriptions I'm taking because the call may end up at the Walgreens "call center" I will go directly to the pharmacy with my questions and hopefully talk to a pharmacist that is on staff working.

Hoping I just caught this male pharmacist on a bad day at 11:00 am "ish" 2/25/2020 when I called from a medical provider's office to help a patient with script coverage. I got the clear impression I was being annoying. He showed no interest in helping resolve the issue for his customer. I was told they were too busy to obtain the information they needed to properly process the script. When I stated I had already provided the info days earlier, I was told it must have been the "call center's fault" (???). He reiterated there was nothing he could do. I thanked him for "all of his help", requested he have a nice day and hung up.

I came here the other day to get cold medication and the gal at the checkout was so incredibly sweet and friendly. She saw what I was buying, gave me a few tips to try to help me feel better, and acted like she cared about how I felt. She was happy and upbeat seeming like she really enjoyed her job. Would give it 5 stars but when I get prescriptions filled here, depending on what medication I'm getting, the people in the pharmacy come across as very judgmental. Probably the wrong place for them to be working

Honestly one of the worst Walgreens Pharmacys I have ever dealt with. There have been multiple issues with them over the past few months including being very rude at times. However the final straw has been having to miss work because they wouldnt fill a doctor ordered prescription by 3 am when I have to be to work at 3:45 am because its "Their Policy" well I guess that policy wasnt In place until today cause they have done it in the months prior. I usually fill thousands of dollars of prescriptions there a month for myself and an ailing older family member. I will NEVER be back to this Walgreens pharmacy again.
