IM NOT SURE WHERE THEY GET THESE PHARMASIST BUT AT DURAND AND 31 THEY ARE AWFUL. NEVER GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION ON TIME

I called about a refill for a prescription on Friday. The Pharmacy tech said they were working on it and it would be ready after 11am on Saturday. I stopped by at 3pm on Saturday and the refill had not been processed. Also, the refill was only a partial as they did not have enough in stock to fill the order. This location is the worst possible Walgreens in my experience. A few months back, I schedule a Covid vaccine appointment, got there and had to wait 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. If you have any pharmacy needs, I highly recommend you stay away from this location. They obviously can’t handle the workload and you’ll be disappointed for sure!

This is one of Racine’s Top Walgreens Pharmacies! I will definitely always get my prescription from Walgreens at this location on Durand Ave.

This is the Walgreens’s I always go to because it’s close to where I live, and I get prescriptions there, however if you need help with something besides prescription they are not helpful here. I went to another Walgreens’s and they were helpful to my needs!!!!

A manager needed. Someone to organize and run this mess of a Walgreens. Embarrassing, dirty, employees need either help or guidance.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. How can they be out of a medication I've refilled there for a year. When I spoke to the manager and said this prescription has serious withdrawal symptoms including possible death. He said "Oh it happens all the time" . So you have been the cause of death all the time? Due to your inept management? Unbelievable!!!!
