The guy told me he was buying shoes. So I drove 30 min to sell him my shoes then when I got there he asked me how many shoes I have. I told him 30+ He then for some reason told me he not buying I can only do trade ins. Literally just sat and was on his phone the entire time and didn’t ask me about any of the shoes I wanted to trade for

Great location if you are walking downtown. Prices are a bit high but good quality. Customer service Customer service Customer service WAS AMAZING. Nicole was the employee who helped me and was very informative on shoes, (i'm not what they call a shoe head to no means), she searched all the inventory for my size. Great job to the owners for hiring her.
