I recently went to this UScellular store to purchase a new phone. I received prompt and friendly service. There was NO WAIT at this store! Jeremy answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. He always made sure I understood what I was signing before moving on. I will continue to use this UScellular store in the future.

Just left after an amazing experience with Alyssa helping us! Walked in, sat right down, and within record timing we were out! I always seem to expect I’ll be at a cell shop 3 hours!
Not only did we receive fast service, Alyssa asked how long we’d been in that plan because we’re paying too much! She was able to cut our monthly expense by more than half!
I love supporting a local small business too! They’re very community oriented and engaged!

Do not get service with us cellular! Biggest scammers in the business. Constantly having to go in to readjust charges on account that were not valid

We purchased new iPhones at Connect Cell, a US Cellular store, located on Douglas Ave in Racine on May 30. We received expert assistance from Jeremy Means, Store Manager. He is knowledgeable, personable and customer service oriented. It only took him 1.5 hours to switch our outdated iPhone SE Gen 2 cell phones to the latest iPhone. He informed us of the right plan for us...and then safely transferred the data on our old iPhones to our new ones. We appreciate his expertise and warm personality. FIVE STARs to Jeremy Means. Jeremy and Alyssa are excellent and very knowledgable! I had a very complicated issue with my iPhone in which Jeremy and Alyssa helped me for over 7 hours to find a fix. They value their customers and are beyond helpful. No pressure to buy or upsell like I have seen at other stores. It is hard to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!

Jeremy did an excellent job at getting us set up with a new phone! He explained everything thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. Once we got back home we had a situation come up that we didn't know what to do regarding the phone. We decided to go back to U.S. Cellular on Douglas Ave.; and Jeremy took care of us right away!! We highly recommend this particular U.S. Cellular on Douglas Ave. Jeremy is top notch and will take care of any cell phone problems you have. Great experience in purchasing three new phones and combining two accounts into one. Selection of phones was great and supply at store served out needs.Our agent Erin Cabajal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Readily had information to phone setup questions or was able to look it up.Without a doubt the best experience I've had with getting a new phone.
