Everyone seems to be understaffed lately... but banking by its very nature is a highly personal,confidential, and service oriented business that requires attention to the customer and a high sense of urgency. I try to avoid interacting with this particular US Bank location, because every time I have...they fail on all the criteria. I had a minor banking issue this week. Wanted to engage face to face. Entered to find only two people in line...and waited for easily 20 minutes waiting for a teller while being forced to listen to a bad Country Radio station I assume the branch allows the obviously bored security guard to play. I apologize if I've made the incorrect assumption, but it was played on a portable radio just to his immediate right. I believe the long wait was due to understaffing. ..and possibly training. It appeared that two tellers were trying to service both the customers in the bank and drive through customers. In any event the customers weren't being properly served. I've been a US Bank customer for over twenty years. I'm leaving for a plethora of reasons...but this particular location is in need of a real revise and refresh.

This bank is the slowest Bank in history, it has to be. Just ridiculous, the girls that are working here could care less to. Bryan was amazing, literally was getting the customers in and out.

Pretty sure this is the slowest bank I’ve been to in the history of ever, and it’s not just one time, it’s every time.I now drive to the Meijer location in oak creek cause driving 30 minutes out of the way is still faster then going to this location.

Got in drive through line at 3.00pm. 2 cars were in front of me. It is now 3.36pm. This is the worst run bank I have ever gone to. Unfortunately my business makes me bank there. Or I would have taken business somewhere else.

While I will accept its buisness, I am not too thrilled thats it is the only one in Sturtevant WI. Less Staff on site and longer wait lines. U.S Bank needs to step up there services and realize when staff is needed. Not to mention they don't need to stuff down buisness offers at every visit. It is agravating.

I've been working for Frank Boucher Dealership for a little while now and every time I've gotten a draw check I come and cash it at this bank. But today was a different experience 9.25.23 @4:50pm, my manager cashed his check before me and got no negative response. But myself I got a different experience. The banker tried to suggest opening up a bank account with them and I told the guy I was going to think about it. His lady manager basically told me that I couldn't cash my check at there bank because of myself not having an account with them. She asked her rep to write down the name of the company, But the checks our from Frank Boucher and they are through us bank. It's crazy I've had this experience today.

I have been trying to get in contact with branch Manager for 30 days straight won’t let me make a appointment with her because they already sent a email I have called every other day for 30 days straight horrible manager won’t take 5 minutes out her day to talk to a customer

I've been a US Bank costumer for 30+ years, sad to say customer service has gotten extremely poor...I have been in the drive up where there is only one car and it takes 30 minutes or more to make a cash deposit, so I decided to just start going inside, walking is a little better maybe 15-25 minutes as only one teller was working, but the last few times, I have left without doing my banking as the line just wasn't moving and I had waited as long as I could before I had to go to work. Doing my banking has just turned into a frustrating stressful event, I will be closing my accounts and go else where.

I've written a review before about the terrible long wait every single time I go into this bank. The last time was really ridiculous. All I wanted was a cashier's check. The time I stood in line, and then getting the check, took 40 minutes. A man in front of me, who finally got up to a teller, was still there when I got up to a teller next to him. He said, "You need to get more tellers in here...I've been waiting 40 minutes!"....same with me! This is just not right. There is no reason to have to wait 40 minutes to accomplish a simple banking transaction. I have to find another place to bank. I think everyone is very friendly who works here, but the lack of tellers every.single.time is unacceptable. There will be two tellers with a long line...and then one puts up a closed sign and walks out with their purse...probably going on lunch break (I've seen this happen multiple times). Meanwhile the one teller has 10 people in line. I love their app....but going into the actual bank tests my patience way too much and I leave very annoyed and frustrated. I'm sure there will be a response thanking me for my review and offering me to call if I want to discuss it further. What's the point? Nothing every changes. This has been going on for as long as I've lived here....almost 2 years. I've had enough of it. I think it's time for me to switch to Educator's Credit Union.
