During this whole pandemic, drive thru service has been extremely slow. There is no reason why you should have to wait 15 or more minutes for a $40 withdrawal when you are 1st in line and the ATM is down.

Horrible service. US Bank has screwed me numerous times. Go into close out my account and get told I need an appointment, never heard of a bank doing this before, any others close it right there. The guy next to me was just as shocked and laughing as much as me. Set up an appointment and they aren’t ready for a meeting time, just wasting my lunch hour. Would not recommend this US Bank branch or any US Bank

Worst drive thru ever, I sent the tube over 15 minutes ago and still haven’t even been greeted! I absolutely despise going through the drive thru, it is the absolute worst. I think the business I work for really needs to switch to a different bank. Since this is the onlyLocation in Racine!

Terrible service at this branch. We waited on hold for 30 minutes in order to set up an appointment to have coins counted, then when we arrived at the branch they told us that they couldn't honor the appointment and said that we'd have to come back another day. We have multiple US Bank accounts, and expect better than this. Go to another US Bank location for better service.

Worst location ever. In 12 mins, 1 car has moved. You have 4 lanes, you should have 2-3 tellers working the drive thru, especially on a Friday. The waits are always slow. Retrain your staff or hire people who are actually competent.

This has to be the worst Bank in Racine. They still have the lobby shut down so they can save money and have everyone go through the drive through. It's sickening to use Covid-19 as a way to save money. I've been here when there's only been one teller in the whole drive through and it took me 45 minutes to make a deposit. Then then they wanted my driver's license for a effn deposit. Oh and the cherry on top they never give you your balance you have to ask for it. If I could give negative Stars I would. Educators is where it's at. They have new teller machines in all the drive-thrus, unlike this US Bank branch and their 1950s technology.

Drive-thru regularly has multiple lanes open, piled-up, and unmoving for stupendous lengths of time. We've been in this pandemic for well over 6 months now--that is more than enough time to adapt to a new way of doing things. There is no excuse for this.

Left 3 messages never returned my call. When i called back the woman was so rude I even asked her if I called US bank and she said that's what the sign outside says. Hung up and started my new account at a bank that treats their customers with respect obviously 44 years of being a customer got me no loyalty

I went today to cash a check and was in line for an HOUR! The drive thru is completely disorganized. You have no idea how long you’re going to be there. I used to love this bank but ever since the pandemic I have lost all respect for this bank. Get it together. I understand at the beginning of all this to be a bit unorganized but we are 6 months in to this pandemic, that’s more than enough time to get a proper system in place!
