“This rental location is outstanding. I had a minor odyssey the day I rented, and this U-Haul dealer was the part for which I can't possibly find anything to criticize. The self service experience for getting the truck needs work, but that's corporate's fault. The website kept timing out, and I had to manually check in. But guy there is excellent, there were a few people ahead of me, and he got through the line at a steady pace, made sure everyone was taken care of. I've rented from places that seemed to go intentionally slow and rude and this was the exact opposite. Everything with human interaction was great, everything this dealer had control of went smooth. This is a great place to get a U-Haul.”
