I chose to go to Tilsner after I was estimated over 4 grand to fix cosmetic damages by insurance. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! All around great customer service, communication and attention to detail. The team here definitely has your back as a customer, unnecessary and costly replacement pieces that weren’t damaged yet still flagged were left fine as is, that money went towards what my car really needed at the time. I cant imagine how much I’d have missed out on if I went anywhere else! Got my car back better than expected, freshly detailed even some cookies on my way out.

I dropped my Explorer ST off after an accident and Tilsner did a phenomenal job inspecting and repairing it. I am an auto enthusiast and wanted it to look like the damage never occurred. Even after inspecting in the sun a day later, I can't tell. I also requested some minor door dings be removed and offered to pay out of pocket. They repaired the dings and detailed the entire vehicle at no expense to me. That was not at all my expectation and much appreciated. Whitney was pleasant and patient with all my questions. She kept me up to date on the repairs and gave me some tips on working with the insurance company. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks a lot!

Fantastic experience at Tilsner Collision. They replaced a left front fender on my Volvo xc90 to perfection due to a ladder in my garage falling on my car. They were very much customer focused and the cost of work was better than I expected. What to me was most impressive is that my car looked better on both the outside and inside when I picked it up compared to when I dropped it off. Will highly recommend Tilsner to anyone that is in need of car body service.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The work done on my vehicle was perfection (complete fender replace and color match) and Whitney was great to work with. They even changed some hard-to-reach bulbs for me, detailed my vehicle and gave me cookies when I left!

They replaced 2 dented doors on my vehicle and they look great. Matched the paint perfectly to the rest of the car. Owner was very efficient, friendly and communicated well. Very impressed

So went here to get my 22 ram trx fixed from a hit and run and let me say Absolutely, awesome job couldn't be happier. It's nice to know somebody. Takes good pride in their work even if it is a special vehicle.
Would highly recommend them and if I had to use them in the past most definitely.

Whitney and company are always extremely pleasant, prompt and professional. I’ve had at least two cars repaired there and not only is their work flawless but the cars are returned beautifully detailed. Moreover, their services are very reasonable. Excellent and highly recommended.

I was in an accident and Tilsner was one of the shops recommended to me by a friend. I was able to bring my car in for the estimate on the same day I called. Whitney was amazing to deal with. She was friendly, knowledgeable, explained the process and assured me she would take care of everything with my insurance. I immediately knew this was the place for repairs. She kept me informed on status of completion. After they got everything taken apart, they discovered a couple additional parts that had to be ordered. She told me ahead of time this might be a possibility. She called right away to let me know it would be a couple more days till they got the parts. I got the car back exactly when she said it would be done and it was beautiful! They even buffed out some surface scratches on my driver side door and detailed the interior at no charge. It looked like it had just been driven off the lot brand new. She handled the additional parts and labor with my insurance company directly. She even gave me homemade cookies when we were finished. I can't say enough about the excellent quality and service I received here. They are truly a class act.Services: Painting
