Your dog will have to have a current shot record. They will also evaluate them to make sure they're not too aggressive to the others Pets. But, once you do all that, it's so worth it.They take care of my dog like it's their own. They know him when he comes in. The place is great. A little out of the way, but worth it. They'll feed him at any specific time you indicate with your food or their's for a small fee.

These people treat your dog like their very own. They’re always very excited to see your dog and they don’t ignore them like I’ve seen other places do.

These folks are top notch! I have been bringing my golden retriever there for several years and he always comes back happy and exhausted from all the play time. They accommodate special food requests and know the dogs by name. Excellent staff and location with an outdoor play area!

I want to give them a better rating bc I feel like they have a good approach BUT my dog has zero history of nipping, biting, or aggression and after their $20 assessment they said my dog dog was perfectly behaved. That being said, he picked up terrible habits and started being nippy and more domineering after his 4 hours at this establishment. I called to speak to them but only got the same feedback that he was great. He obviously saw or was a part of aggressive behavior there that perhaps was not witnessed. Anyways, I do not feel it was a positive atmosphere for him.

I like the staff and care our dog gets there. He can be fussy sometimes and always loves going there. It took alot of looking before we found this gem. In my opinion.. it's the best place to leave your furr babies. Everyone's so caring and helpful.

Love this place. My dog goes nuts as soon as we get near it. When we get there i just open the vehicle door he runs right to it waiting for me to open the door he runs right in.

My dog loves The Woof. The facilities are clean and the staff friendly. There are cameras so you can watch your dog while they are playing with all their friends. Mine pretty much plays all day and comes home nice and tired. I appreciate that they temperament test all the dogs before accepting them as a client, so you know your pup will be surrounded by friendly and behaved dogs. They separate the big and active dogs from the small or less active ones so everypup is nice and safe.

Our dog Chani has been going to The Woof for the last year and a half, never had any issues and the staff have been wonderful to her and professional with us.This was our first time ever using a doggie daycare so of course we went in a little cautious. I was able to see her on a live feed and got updates through text from the staff, which greatly calmed my nerves. Chani goes in weekly always leaving happy and ready for a nap, which is all one can ask for when having a husky mix.We are extremely thankful for the staff at The Woof, I highly recommend using them if looking around the Racine area.

Good service until the manager was rude with me and my dog after my husband canceled the daycare plan caused by a situation where other dog slice/tear my dog's ear and they only noticed about it later.P.S. I just noticed that the stars of this place are going down.

My dog Stark loves coming to the woof! He always comes home tired and happy! I LOVE the play all day and cameras! Makes me feel better about leaving him because I know I can pop in and see him having fun with his friends! Sam and Ashley the managers also are the best around! You can truly see they love their job and the pups and humans that come in to see them! Always willing to answer any questions I have and leaving me feeling so calm! They work wonders! Will never bring my pup anywhere else!

Brought our dog in for a temperament evaluation and was rejected, but it makes sense why: this place is very busy and the employees seemed rushed from the start. We were pushed aside for other arriving dogs even though we had an appointment for a specific time. We brought paperwork filled out ahead of time, but despite that, the person working the desk asked us all the same questions that were already answered on the form—seemed redundant and unprofessional. Then multiple employees came around and made goo-goo noises and pet our dog, which is not a bad thing, but unfamiliar people and an unfamiliar place combined would make many dogs anxious, and it did with ours. Finally a different employee came out, looking very flushed and busy, and took our dog to the "big dogs" group, despite her small stature. They then took her to the "little dogs" group, which I could see in the yard through the window. The little dogs mobbed our dog, some jumping/climbing on her, and the employee did not let her off the leash at all. Anyone who is around dogs much knows that dogs on leash meeting dogs off leash can be a bad situation, and I'm not surprised our dog showed teeth and snarled, which is the reason we were rejected.Overall I'm not too bothered, we have a good situation at another daycare in town and will continue to go there. I thought my experience might help others make the choice on whether or not to come here, or to provide insight into how and why this business rejects dogs.

Nice, clean facility. The dogs spend most of their day in play areas instead of in kennels. Staff are very friendly. They have cameras in the play areas to check in to see how the dogs play together.

We LOVE taking Charlie to THE WOOF!!! Everyone on staff treats her like she is their own fur-baby. That's HUGE for nervous parents like us! We know that she is in good hands every time we bring her there! I LOVE that everyone knows her by name!!!! <3

The biggest thing I watched for when we decided to start bringing our dog there was if she was trying to jump out of the car with excitement to be there and she does.. every time! We’ve had previous places that she did not enjoy and she didn’t want to get out of the car. The staff have always been friendly & we’ve never had a issue with them. Our pup comes home exhausted! My only small gripe is some of the cuts & scratches shes come home with. It’s impossible for the staff to catch everything and I understand that. They are DOGS after all and they play rough but it sucks to see her come home with a small puncture or a open scratch.Overall this place has been more than great for us for a once in a while play day.
