I quit because Dan makes promises to employees he can't keep. Im still owed 12 hours...I still haven't been paid my vacation... I've contacted manchester weeks ago and nobody is doing anything about it. This is how this company operates...stay away. First they underpay you by giving you a few extra hours which isn't right in the first place, you should get paid accordingly. Make sure you get everything on paper don't just take Dans word!

I worked there for 10 years in various positions. The managers are horrible jack Jorgensen and Dustin toutant especially. I was a trainer , attendant ,operator , and lead of 2 shifts.I started from bottom and worked hard but with the horrible molding management even after 10 years I left they also punish u for things done outside of work on non work time .my list of complaints is tedious at least the workers are good managers only manage lunch and there friends. Jack j and Leslie French are horrible supervisors and are very unprofessional. Do not apply not worth the trouble

Summit may be the worse job Ive ever held. They pride themselves on “competitive pay” & being family oriented but its the literal exact opposite. As a machine operator, we are severely under paid. The Wisconsin average for this position is $20.50, Summit starts you at $15/hr. My co worker was a machine operator for 9 years & he still makes less than $20/hr. They preach no cellphones, earphones, & strict breaks, but allow other positions to completely violate these rules & do nothing about it. Not to mention, the positions that violate these rules the most, make MORE money than machine operators. The HR department is slow & incompetent. Took them 8 months to give me a 3 month review & shorted me on a raise because necessary paperwork was not completed that THEY forgot to give me when I was hired in. In a nutshell, if you need quick funds to get back on your feet or starter factory experience, Summit is your place. But DO NOT expect to make much money, & DO NOT apply for the “Molder” position.

Started at summit in May of 2022 until two weeks ago, december 2022. I can honestly say the negative reviews are accurate and are still occuring regularly. Raises dont come as promised, whether being hired on directly, 90 day review or end of year. Bonuses keep people from revolting, butLets say $2,000 bonus....thats hiiiigh bonus...looks good at xmas right?...but with 52 weeks2000÷52=38.4638.46 a week.38.46÷40=.96thats a 96 cent raise....so its like you get your raise in a lump sum at end of year, but after two years it doesnt even out, last bonus was about 1300The base pay for machine techs is severely under averageWisconsin average for position is a little over 42kThats 20.5 an hour. So i went job hunting and almost nothing payed the same or less....got . new job with a 5 dollar increase in pay. Get the machine experience and get out, horrid culture and practices.Would have stayed if they treated employees as such, and not cattle

Worst place to get unloaded/loaded the manager Runs this place horribly not to mention he is rude the owner of this company really needs to do something different. You can park overnight here but don’t waste your time trying to get here early because they won’t load you any quicker. This place isn’t even that busy for them to be so slow.

One of the worst companies ever worked for! They break promises and don't follow through with their word. They don't follow people's work restrictions, if you get hurt here they do everything they can do in their power to avoid making sure you are healed or even pay you. Another employee even sliced his finger what happend they didn't pay for the medical got a bill in the mail for 700$. What a terrible company and terribly ran.

I was looking forward to working here until I felt like I was treated like a common criminal. Search employees vehicles when ever they want. Sign a consent to search without permission. Nope. I have nothing to hide but it violates my rights. For $13 ph?? Nope
