I’m very satisfied with the results of this new idea. The I issue that I have is that I just found out that there are some promotional items that I have not been receiving and for the past month I have been inquiring about them and I am yet to receive any of my promotional items. I have been told that my phone number was not registered but somehow I received text messages? I would like to know when will I start receiving my items?

SCAM ALERTWent for an oil change today and caught one of the guys bending the dipstick at the measuring end turning it upside down so the oil can drip to the full line. When confronted he admitted what he did and filled another quart . The manager came out making excuses why they have to hold the dipstick upside down . THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE and not filling cars to the full. Been going here for 8 years now but will not be back to get cheated and scammed. Save you hard earned money and go somewhere els

This place is the biggest joke first my wife goes there 6 months back and they didn’t tighten her oil filter correctly so it leaked all the oil out . Then I go back forgetting they don’t have the slightest clue how to perform maintenance on vehicles and they over fill my rear end fluid to the point it blew my rear end seals out then the higher up call me and says it’s not there fault the place is a joke and should be shut down. Oh and I don’t want to give them one star but it would not let me post unless I didService: Oil change

I have personally used Scrub for Oil changes for years. If your looking for a quick and basic oil change without leaving your vehicle this is a good spot. I have only had one problem with the service at Scrub-A-Dub. One time they forgot to put a rear differential plug back in my SUV. Luckily nothing was damaged. The car wash is Ok at best. It does the job if your looking for a quick wash. If you want all the bugs off after a long road trip, I would go somewhere with hands on service.

Never again. Everytime I go they charge me more for the same service. Last time the guy even used relating to me as a parent and hitting on my to distract me for charging me almost $100 ? when it should have been maybe a little over $80 like last time. Clearly have no problem using distracted moms in the heat to make more money. Also the car washes are the worst lol especially the free ones
