Way overpriced for used goods. Some of the things I could buy brand new for what they have things priced at.

They NEVER have donation receipts. The staff don't know English. Several times I have had questions & with an attitude I'm told "I don't know!!" I will take my donations else where.

Prices are NOT what they should be. $165 for a 7 foot Christmas tree!! I thought this was a charitable organization. We might as well buy it new.The manager is an unpleasant, man with ZERO social skills. There was definitely a language barrier. One of the associates did not speak ANY English-just Spanish. Luckily I am bilingual and was able to translate for my partner.VERY DISAPPOINTED in the pricing and lack of customer service.

Insanely high prices for a second hand store. No soap in the bathrooms.

Date of visit: August 17, 2023Centered in large strip mall with plenty of parking.Very large, clean and organized store. Huge inventory of items all organized very well. Prices are comparable to Goodwill these days. Considering the huge inventory they have, a sale or lower prices could move more stuff out so they could bring more items in, thus making more $$. They have mostly clothes, but also hard goods, furniture, kitchen, appliances, electronics etc.. i did not see any outlets to test the electronics. Items sold as is.Beware shopping the breakables (dishes, glasses, etc) as I found several items broken, or with huge chips; items that should clearly be thrown out.The store was quiet; not a lot of shoppers. I don't know if that is normal, or it just happened to be this particular day.Cashier was pleasant, not overly friendly.

This is honestly the worst thrift store in Kenosha or Racine. The staff is extremely rude and stand there on their phone pretending not to see you when you need help. The prices are horrible. Their used DVDs are like 5 bucks a piece for example. Honestly just go to goodwill or st Vincent DePaul anywhere but this.

Over priced. And I got ripped off on top of it. Got to my car and noticed an extra charge so I went back in to question it. I purchased a plaid flannel sheet set, you can visibly see they go together, they were all on the same hanger AND had one price tag on one sheet....I was charged TWO separate prices. One for the fitted sheet and one for the flat sheet and pillow cases. When I asked what the extra charge was for she told me they were two separate things...that "the fitted sheet came in a day later." I said they clearly match, we're hanging on the same hanger, and only one is marked..maybe they should each have their own price tag then....what a joke???!!?!

Horrible prices and only a certain demographic of people work here. Why? No black people no white people at all. They are extremely rude and like I said before the prices are as if they paid for the items and have to make a certain amount of money back on each item. Salvation Army is as bad as so called "Goodwill". Go to the Thrift store on Lathrop they have decent prices and are not rude. They also kick you out of the store before 6:00 closing time. They were rushing my mom and I out at 5:30! As another person mentioned on 50% off tag days you cannot find anything with those tags! They go around and remove everything the night before. Shame on you Salvation Army!! People should stop donating to the money hoarding thrift stores, see how much prices go down then!

Too pricey, things are more expensive then buying it new. All the donations for free and you still want a pretty penny .

Great deals and quality clothes. They also have a ton of furniture and accessories. Pretty much anything you could need.

This used to be one of my favorite stores to go to but the past six months the price increases are ridiculous. I am seeing dollar store items priced at $2.99, broken glassware priced at ridiculous amounts, and donations from stores that marked their items half off priced at the original amounts in this store. I understand that everything is going up in the world but these price hikes are insane and I will no longer be shopping here. I should not have to pay $3.99 for a Dollar Tree drinking glass. Because of these prices I feel the shelves are still filled with the same items I saw 6 months ago because not people are buying. I've spoken to many guests in the stores who feel the same way. My business is now going to St. Vincent DePaul and a local thrift store just a few blocks from here.
