Not a client. Wow! I just called for prices and I definitely won't be renting here. Their outdoor storage is considerably more expensive than others. I have an indoor, climate controlled unit elsewhere, and Red Dot's outside storage is actually more expensive. Lol. No sale.

Really easy to do everything over the phone or online. When I need customer service they were immediately available. We got a smaller storage space but, it's still really roomy! Highly recommend.

I would seriously question whether you'd want to keep anything of value with this particular Red Dot. I live in a neighboring apartment building and see what goes on there daily. There are people who store 4 wheelers and mini bikes here and dangerously have free run to race each other all around the facility with near misses to other people's property and corner bins. If I wanted to see and hear races, I'd go to a track. The owner illegally ALLOWS people to LIVE in the storage bins. Seven seasons in a row. Video exists. Resident was not there this year. The school and alderman were contacted about proximity of resident to school kids a few years ago and got no response from owner. If you think your stuff is safe, think again. Free for all.eta: Not a renter, see above. No, you can address your own "digital state-of-the-art security" to deal with racers and renters using the space as an apartment. Thank you.

I use several different places for storage but Red Dot Storage is by far the friendliest and easiest place I’ve ever used. I will continue to use them for all of my storage needs in the future.
