Best vet around! The vets here always take time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we have. Our 4 cats are all regular patients and they've all had excellent care. Vet techs and front desk staff are all friendly, helpful and wonderful as well!

Just started taking my fur-babies and everyone was kind, professional, prompt, squeezed us in for my dog with some issues. I’m looking forward to many long years working with this group!!!
It has been a year and these ladies and this group go out of their way to do everything possible to take care of my fur-babies!!! Thank you!!!

Dr Jenz is amazing. He takes the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your fur baby. There is no question that he loves all animals and wants whatever is best for them.
I've also had the pleasure of consulting other Dr.'s in this facility and feel confident that everyone is engaged in the love for the animals and isn't in it for upgrading their checkbooks.
I 100% recommend this veterinary hospital.

This is our vet. We have 5 cats. They have always been amazing no matter who we see. They answer all of my questions and are always ready to lend a hand. By far the best experience I have ever had with a vet. They never judge. And are truly only there to help.

I took my cat for her first check-up. After both the doctor and assistant reviewed her records they discovered a charting error with her vaccines. The doctor said both he and his assistant said since I was told my cat was current on her vaccines when I picked her up from the WI Humane Society and now she needs two a month apart, it should be up to WH to bring her up to date at their cost. It was their charting error among telling me she was up to date. They, RAH, said they would call as soon as they opened and give me a call. The next day, I received a message that my cat's fecal sample was negative and to call if I had any questions. I called and spoke to Victoria and inquired about the above.. She interjected and said we never do that, the client does it, it's their responsibility. She continued with I have your information in front of me and their is no documentation of this. I asked for the doctor's and assistant's name and if I could talk to either she said they weren't there. I asked to leave a msg and then asked for the manager, she became frazzled and said I'm taking the messages what more do you want me to do, the more I asked for the manager, her name, the more upset Victoria bcame. Today I called, the young lady was rude and said they normally do not do this, that the doctor has not called WH and as soon as he does he will calk me back. I said no one returned my messages or call from Friday and you haven't even said an apology on behalf of Victoria and her response was that she wasn't going to. The doctor was standing right next to her the day I called and felt Victoria did nothing wrong. I was also told he was not there, he was with a patient. So, I said I would wait for the doctor to call me back.
I left thinking I found a veterinary clinic that cared about the animals first, had integrity, did what was rght, but in actuality, I was mistaken! I do not recommend Racine Animal Hospital.

Veterinarians are superb but whoever the lady is that answered the phone today a few minutes after 12 noon so I could relay that my dog is still having seizures was absolutely rude! Answering phones is not the job for her. Got an attitude and snippy because she couldn't hear me as there was background noise on her end like that was my fault. Then she didn't seem to like the attitude that I dished back at her. Change your attitude or find another job lady.
