An unplanned stop at Ziegler Honda of Racine proved I wasted my time at the other dealers on this day. With one push off in his chair, we were QUICKLY greeted by Victor Cortes, as he rolled up to us. We let him know the vehicle we were interested in, and Victor wasted know time in retrieving the vehicle, showing us the ins & outs of the car, and after everything checked out on the vehicle it was down to business. Victor provided confidence and assurance that he was going to take care of us and our needs in purchasing this car, and he absolutely did.
One of my pet peeves is spending a majority of my day at a dealership buying a car, but Levi (Finance Officer) did not dilly dally, they worked as a team to get it all done, we met the manager George, who along with others, came out and spent a minute or two to introduce themselves and chit chat. We felt appreciated for stopping there, and never felt ignored.
If future services are needed for this vehicle from Ziegler, I will have to provide a separate review for that aspect, but I hope this review can provide a clear statement on Ziegler Honda of Racine’s Customer Service, and that they take their quality of cars seriously.

Miguel Ortiz behaved very professional and friendly. My whole family has bought expensive ones with it. Gets you the best prices and discounts. Totally recommended. I drove two hours to buy my expensive one with him. Totally satisfied with the price he was able to get me. From now on I will only buy expensive ones with Miguel Ortiz.

My husband and I went to browse and purchase a vehicle at this location. Clean, friendly and organized location. Had the chance to work with Miguel Ortiz, who I highly recommend. He helped us with the best deal and was very knowledgeable. He took his time with us and really helped us find the best vehicle for our needs and within our budget. Really good guy and friend-Miguel Ortiz! He takes care of my family. He sold my sister a car, sold my dad a car, sold one of my cousins, today sold a second cousin, sold my aunt a car and distant family member this last year. We even went to Toyota and ended back up at Honda and he gave us an amazing deal. SEE MIGUEL ORTIZ!

James Handford was wonderful! He was so helpful every step of the way with buying my new car! He listened to all of my needs and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The whole staff at Ziegler were also so warm and welcoming. For my first time buying a car from a dealership, I was nervous, but this completely changed my perspective on dealerships. So thankful for all the help from James and the whole Ziegler team!

Salesman Miguel Ortiz was excellent to work with. He helped source a new and rare color and trim of a 2025 Odyssey minivan, and got it delivered much faster than he originally stated it would take. The entire team at Zeigler Honda Racine was helpful and kind toward me and my wife, and we didn’t encounter any high pressure sales tactics during the purchasing process. The price and financing were fair and straightforward.
I highly recommend Zeigler Honda Racine, and wouldn’t hesitate to purchase my next vehicle from them!

Dropped vehicle off for work that was confirmed covered by the purchased extended warranty (stupid me for buying, will never do that again). Headed out of town for a week, so plenty of time to diagnose and contact me. Never heard back from them during that time, so I picked up my vehicle and drove it home, with the original problem not fixed. Called the following Monday to find out what was happening, and nobody knew anything about it. Got a call back the following day to inform me that the problem was not covered by warranty and would be out of pocket. When asked why I was not informed of this as soon as it was known, they had no answer.
Would not recommend.

Had a great experience with Zach, very time effective, kind, and knowledgeable. Ziegler had welcoming environment and staff and made sure I got the best bang for my buck and had all the info needed.
