I understand that different technicians can charge different fees. The problem is when you book services with more than one client at the same time and each is charged differently without being told beforehand.
The issue is also when the technician that is charging substantially more is not friendly, work is comparable to those chargingless, and the service was rushed.
With so much competition in the surrounding area, we will not be back.

Carly is amazing! Years ago after I wasn't happy with other services, I decided to check Polished Beauty out. My first service was with Carly and I never looked back. I love her technique and she's very knowledgeable. She works around my schedule and always goes the extra mile to fit me in for a break! This girl can fix anything!! I'll never go everywhere else! Thanks for all you do Carly!

First time visit, the tech I had did a great job.
When I got in there was a different tech at the front who was busy but I was not even greeted with a ‘hey one minute,’ she was obviously busy. I stood for a minute or two, finally she acknowledged me and after checking in she said go wash your hands and we’ll be right with you, but didn’t tell me where. The assumption and lack of greeting was a little off putting but I’d still go back.
Variety of apt times to fit anyones needs if you don't have a specific person you want.

Google states they arw open until 2:30pm on Sundays. When you go to thw place of business, the sign says 9-5 on Sundays. However they are NOT open.

I had a great time with Mia. If your looking for someone who is kind, paitent, and meticulous. Look no further!! She was so sweet and I really vibed with her. She was great for when I wanted to chat and the when I needed to just be quiet she was totally fine with it. Will for sure go to her again.

I got in last minute for a pedicure with Mia (thanks to the salon being open on Sundays now)! The service was excellent. I loved that she was professional, asked along the way if I was satisfied with how everything looked, and made sure that it was a relaxing experience for me. Not to mention my feet look and feel great, due to her attention to detail. I will be back again!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Polished for a much-needed pedicure and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Phay took the time to listen to my preferences and ensure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Also, polished is absolutely beautiful but I was very impressed by the commitment to hygiene and cleanliness they had that you do not see at many nail locations. I LOVED how my nails turned out and am looking forward to my next visit.

Nadine did my mom’s pedicure and Phay did mine and they did a wonderful job! I definitely recommend them and I will be back in the future to have them do our pedicures again!

I recently purchased my wife a gift card as a friend recommended Polished. It has been a horrible experience since the start. I waited for about 10 minutes before even being greeted by anyone to buy the gift card. Since giving the card to my wife, she called to make an appointment which Polished scheduled on an incorrect date at an entirely different time. They offered to reschedule, and the soonest date was 4 weeks out.
When she finally got in for her nail appointment, which was scheduled for 12:15, she waited until 12:30 before asking to cancel. They explained that she would be charged for her appointment if she canceled. My wife explained that she waited 15 minutes beyond her scheduled time and that this was already a rescheduled appointment since Polished made the original scheduling error. Finally, after manager approval, they allowed her to cancel without being charged.
Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend Polished to anyone. We also feel stuck with this gift card which seems impossible to use. If you’re in the Racine/Mount Pleasant area, make the trip to Oak Creek or Kenosha.

I have been to Polished Beauty Bar numerous times and have never had a problem…always had a great experience. I started calling in October to book 2 appts for February and was told that they were not able to as the books were not open yet but the lady took my name and said that as soon as the books opened up they would call me to book my appointments. Never received a phone call. Called 2 more times in November and was told the same thing. Took my name again both times and still did not receive calls. Stopped in on Saturday November 25th to try to make the appointments. The girl at the desk said “sure I can make those”. Then one of the nail techs piped up and said that the books were not open yet-only for people that were making return appointments. Once again, she took my name and number and said they would call when they could book the appointments. Again…no call. So I called again today (December 9th, 2023) and told the lady on the phone what I wanted and she said she could book for me. Told her the date I needed and here is the response I received…” Sorry, we are booked up that day”. Seriously??!! I told her that I had called multiple times, and even stopped in there. That my name and number had been taken each time with the promise of a call to book my appointments. Her response…”yeah, sorry about that”. Poor customer service, poor attitude. You will never get another cent from me!

Great techs, GREEDY owner. As of 11/6/23 4% fee for payment by credit card, no prepaid cards, price increases AGAIN and no notice to the clients until you are there. $80 for a spa pedi. Do you think you're in NY? Aren't your cc fees included in your high prices? No ATM available for cash so if you're not in agreement to pay credit card fees and want to leave to go get cash to pay with, BEWARE, they will call the cops for non payment.
