Liquor section is semi-permanently locked up and unstaffed...because of theft.
Yeah, Rapids Drive location had a shoplifter problem too. Not anymore, they closed.
Kroger really knows how to kill their business.

PNS is my closest store. There are good deals every week but you can't depend on them to restock. It seems if they're out of something you won't see it for a long time.
More and more I'm going to a different store and wondering why I ever go to PNS at all.
I've never talked to a rude employee tho. I've found them to be mostly very nice.

Night staff here is awful. Staff less than helpful. Lots of rotten produce. Multiple Leaks In the ceiling with buckets everywhere. No other option besides self checkout which breakes every 3 items and someone needs to come fix it. Over 20mins to checkout. Worst shopping experience. Go to the pig or anywhere else.

From weeks old bakery sitting out (refer to photo) to rotten watermelon (I paid $5 for a rotten small watermelon) and sushi that smells like spoiled fish (the entire deli area absolutely stunk) this store has it all. It's amazing how committed they are to rebelling against Pick N Saves commitment to freshness. If you love all that you'll also love their commitment to price gouging the community they are supposed to be serving. I also love that they have a game for everyone to play while shopping, it's called find the correct price for the item you want (items are often lacking price tags or old sale prices are left up after the sale has ended). So come check out this (in my opinion) Trainwreck of a "grocery" store... then find somewhere more committed to their community to shop)

They should have more human cashiers and baggers alot of their customers are elderly and have trouble seeing. They MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL LIKE CRIMINALS IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THEY NEED TO HAVE A DISABLITY ELDER CHECK OUT UNDER ADA Their is alot of complaints about the self checkouts. In other reveiws. They are going to lose alot of customers. The store was alot better before when they had human cashiers and baggers.

Yet another overpriced grocery store saving a buck shutting down cashier lanes for self checkouts. Every day they have one poor underpaid kid standing around doing next to nothing watchig everyone with groceries doing someone else's job.
Management is never anywhere to be seen or spoken too.
Pathetic.

Sadly I’m at self check out being completely hounded by their employees acting like I’m stealing. It was literally comical, a lady even came up and reviewed a camera on the screen to make sure we weren’t going to steal.

I go here because it is my closest grocery option. If you get things on sale, you can do well enough on those items, but overall, I am not a fan. Non-sale prices are significantly inflated. They regularly do not have enough staffed registers. Great products get removed in favor of inferior Kroger brand products. They keep moving the locations of things in odd ways that are annoying (like bacon by produce now). The self checkout registers are a pain and do not give you enough room to work with. I also don't like the games of having to electronically hunt and clip digital coupons to get a deal. They make shopping work rather than ensuring the focus is on serving the customer best as possible.

Clerk on register 3 at 3:50 on March 8 was less than helpful. WE checked out. Clerk never asked if we had a Pick & Save card. I did mention that we have an account based on our phone #. Regardless, she never asked for our phone and completed the sale. Wife asked about our discount and clerk told her she didn't present a card. Never had an issue before. Most if not all clerk always ask for card or phone #..If I want attitude, I can always go to Walmart. When I pay more, I do expect a bit more courtesy..

The service is inconsistent. Their vegan alternatives selection is meh compared to other locations. The lady at the money services counter is sadistic, saw her bullying an older woman with such ire it was shocking, and then she claimed she couldn’t give me quarters? I’ve never had a problem before at any pick ‘n’ save.
