It was said that it would arrive in a few days, but it's already been three weeks and I still haven't received it. They don't have an answer to tell me when it will arrive. It's simply a disgraceful level of service.

The Brown Deer and Menomonee Falls locations have staff that are very helpful, polite and friendly. Both stores are stocked with everything you need for office and home.

The staff at this location is extremely helpful! They go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need and print exactly what we want... even if it is last minute print jobs. Love this location because of the staff there!

We had a priceless canvas painting of grandparents that we needed copies of. Adam was able to copy the painting even though it was too large for the printer. Because of the size the copy came out dark but Adam took the time to look at the original and work with the on line program to lighten the copy until it looked just like the original. He was awesome!! He could have just said our printer is just not large enough, but he went the extra mile. Thanks Adam ?
