1st time I specifically said 2 regular pedicures and we pick who was available which was horrible the guys were very rude the guy who did my toes was making jokes and a scene about me taking my own polish off and about the color I picked. The guy who did my daughter toes took advantage of her and did gel polish after I said we only want regular polish. He spoke in his language and lied to his coworkers about him putting gel instead of regular polish. 2 of the men was blocking the guy who was doing her toes and I was wondering why it was taking so long as I was drying my feet so I went back there and he was did gel whe I specifically said regular. Bad business and action is being taking

If I could give management a negative star I would. I was treated so disrespectfully while I was patronising this establishment. The day before I was going to go on vacation I entered Michelle's with the idea that I would get a pedicure for me and my mother, as well as, a manicure for myself. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the nail tech and then approached by a man who I can only guess was the manger or owner. He asked what what we wanted done that day and I let him know that my mom and I wanted a pedicure and that I wanted a aryclic or gel manicure. I asked him how much it would cost for either and that's when the drama started he asked what design I wanted for my nails and I showed him a picture on my phone. As soon as he saw the picture he became argumentative and began to say that the picture showed a ombre set of nails even though I kept repeating that I did not want ombre I just want the nail shape and one color. He continues to speak saying "you see you come in and want these nails but these thing cost money" He eventually after 5 minutes of debate says we start off at 45 for gel but with matte and ombre it will be extra. And because I didn't want to keep arguing over ombre I just said okay it's higher than I wanted but give me a minute while I adjust my budget. Now if you remember I was going to go on vacation the next day I had my money for my vacation to use for my nails I just wanted to make sure that I wanted to stretch my nail budget. So at the exact moment that I had decided to spend the money on my nails I hear the owner saying out loud to the nail tech "these people come in with these pictures and they think it be cheap but we aren't the mall we take our time here, if you want cheap nails go to the mall". That was the moment I decided that I didn't want my nails done there but because my mom had already started her pedicure I decided to wait for her to finish and to just not get my nails done at all. I have never been treated so rudely over flipping nails there is no reason that he wouldn't have been able to give me one concrete price unless he runs his business on price gouging everyone who comes in there. It was the most ridiculous crap I have ever put up with. I can only assume that his treatment of us was so terrible because of what we were wearing which were leggings, sweaters, I was wearing a hat because my hair wasn't done and my mother was wearing a head wrap because she just had brain surgery and doesn't like to show her head! Or the most obvious reason because we are black. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will be sharing my experience with anyone who will listen.

The outcome of the work was great but when it comes to service TERRIBLE. We went in for 3 pedicures at $60 a piece, so you would expect good service right? WRONG. First checkout went well, paid and tipped on card. Second checkout went well, paid and tipped with cash. Third checkout however for some reason was pointed to the ATM to pullout cash? Upon pulling out cash, receiving ATM fee and bank fee, questioned why all of the sudden card wasn’t excepted? No one could have an answer or understand, was given the lady who answers phones and was told “well we need more money”. IM SORRY but what kind of business is this.

I rate the artist a 5/5. The salon itself I would rate a 1.
The material they use for your nails is damaging and illegal. MMA should not be in their materials period. They are very clean I will say that. But besides the MMA they have in their products, they drill your nails so far that they become flimsy. My toes are in recovery from all the pedicures I’ve gotten from them.
Stylist: The stylist I liked a lot was David. I wish they gave him better materials to use! He is great and gentle

Me and my daughters went to get lashes feet and nails done we didn’t leave til 7pm sat the April 14th the lashes was comin off all our eyes at 7:30 went to try to get them fix Sunday cause my daughter don’t live in Racine he talkin bout some bak Friday so hopefully they can give me some type of credit or refund I wouldn’t dare go back for no eyelashes a waste of money

Went to this Nail place today!!
Surprisingly I could snag a spot for a full set.
It was my first time going here so I selected to be done by someone random and I got
Harriet she was lovely!
She listened to what I wanted and even added a little bit of her opinion on my set and it ended up even better than I thought it would.
After having bad experiences at other salons this one was a breath of fresh air.
The decor and mood of the salon was 10/10 besides Harriet the staff was amazing and helpful!
My set was only 75$ which for everything she did it was a steal!!! Definitely will be coming back to see Harriet soon!!
Definitely recommend .

I went for a pedi and took my boyfriend with. I loved it!!! He loved it too!!! So many soothing steps. It felt so amazing!!!! My new nail spa!!!!

Second time trying this salon. Will not come back. Both times they had inexperienced person giving my pedicure. Pedicure was complete in 10 minutes and that included talking off old nail polish. Just a horrible service provided, and I’m not picky.

My bestfriend brought me to their establishment today . I got a mani/pedi and it was a 10/10 experience. Hanna did amazing on my hands and the guy who serviced my feet did amazing as well. I recommend getting the cucumber pedi it was amazing . ? will be going back next time
