I went in to change service from my pixel 6a to the pixel 8 pro. It probably took 5 maybe 10 minutes. It's too bad that they charge 30$ for it. I was in and out though. If your looking for a phone. look on the website. Not a lot to chose from in store.

Prices quoted weren't what I paid! I asked for a 55.00 plan I was charged 60.00 plus!!! I questioned the lady who ignored me and told I was charged 55.00 WHEN RECIEPT CLEARLY SHOWS 61.00 IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN...POOR SERVICE.

This company is soooooo unprofessional. They have one employee per store per shift. The worker is always rude and seems to make up their own prices. One day they'll give you a price the next it's something else. They force you to get screen protectors and insurance even though customer service said it's not. They allow anyone to access your account. Just very unprofessional and deceiving to paying customers.
