I went in they told me I couldn't buy a phone the guy was a bigger dude with glasses it was obvious he wasn't trying to do his job I was literally willing to spend 1000 doller and said that up front he told me he couldn't switch my number over to anew phone then I said I want a whole new phone then he said oh that's pointless he sat on the phone talking to his friends was the worst customer experience I have ever had
