Brandon, Aaliyah, and Clare took great care of us! They took time out of their busy schedules to measure all fifteen of us Army Reserve soldiers for our Army Service Uniforms. We needed measurement sizes for them. I would want to thank these wonderful menswearhouse associates on behalf of our unit for their excellent service. Men's Wearhouse is a fantastic ally of the military.

I've bought several suits and other men's clothing from the Racine Men's Wearhouse. My recent experiences have left much to be desired. The current staff never have a smile on their faces and act bothered to assist me. Just last month I dropped over $500 on some shirts, a tie, shoes, khakis and 3 pairs of socks. I recently discovered a pair of the socks I had recently purchased had a tear in them, so I went back to exchange them. The treatment I received from the staff was nothing short of disrespectful. They first told me they couldn't find my online receipt and when I returned with the paper receipt, the assistant manager told me she did find the online version. Bottom line, I felt like the first sales person jerked me around. During the exchange, the assistant manager asked me if the socks had been worn. I told her no. I had discovered they had a hole in them when I was going to wear them. All this fuss over a ten dollar pair of socks. They acted like I was trying to get something over on them. How ridiculous. I've spent well over a thousand dollars at that location, but they will no longer get any of my business.

I was a member of a wedding party and my first time going in not one person greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I left after about 5-10 minutes of just walking around with no assistance. I left and returned to the store and had to basically walk up in the employees face to get assistance. The employee was not helpful, didn't listen to my requests about the suit and in return my suit was too big..twice but the 2nd time I just took it because I wasnt being helped, I was being rushed.

My recent experience with Men's Wearhouse for my wedding party rentals left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my honest review. While the company may be a popular choice for formalwear rentals, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.One of the most glaring issues was the disparity between the high prices charged for rentals and the basic level of service provided. When you're investing a significant amount in wedding attire, you rightfully expect a seamless and personalized experience. Unfortunately, Men's Wearhouse missed the mark on this front.The most disappointing aspect of my experience was that two members of my wedding party received ill-fitted attire. It's inexcusable for a company specializing in formalwear rentals to fail at providing the right sizes, especially for an occasion as significant as a wedding. The inconvenience and stress this caused were wholly unnecessary.Another frustration came from the misinformation provided by the Men's Wearhouse staff. The salesperson who assisted me not only failed to deliver a personalized experience but also provided inaccurate information regarding the return window for both myself and my groomsmen. I was told I had four days after the event to return my rental, while my groomsmen were told they had only two days. This inconsistency led to confusion and unnecessary stress in the aftermath of the wedding.In hindsight, I regret choosing Men's Wearhouse for my wedding attire. Given the premium prices charged for their services, I expected a more seamless and personalized experience. If I were to do it over again, I would definitely opt for a smaller, more boutique-style store that could provide a higher level of attention to detail and a more personalized touch. After all, weddings are about creating unforgettable memories, and Men's Wearhouse's basic service simply didn't contribute positively to that goal.In conclusion, my experience with Men's Wearhouse for my wedding party rental was far from satisfactory. The issues with ill-fitting attire, misinformation, and the overall lack of a personalized feel have left me with a feeling of disappointment. I would caution anyone considering Men's Wearhouse for their wedding attire to explore other options that may provide a more enjoyable and stress-free experience.

For the most part the staff was helpful, i was a little frustrated when I brought the shirt back and told the gale that it was tight around the neck, she asked me to put it on so she could see for herself, I felt at that point like I was being called a liar but I did it anyways

I went to get a suit on Saturday. Unfortunately my brother got the same one, and wanted to return it today, 2 days later, tags in there and everything and never wore it. I go in there and get hit with the "go in the back and see the manager". I go back there and tell him the same thing, he says alright and walks to the front of the store not saying a damn word. Then I ask and he goes to the front man! After I get there and started returning process, I said hey my bad for the hassle I am not coming off rude but I have to return it. He says nothing and shakes his head. I am like man everything ok? He answers with what's the reason for return, I asked what are some reasons he says it doesn't matter just anything. I am like ok you wanna be a dickhead I can too. I can match the same rude ass bullshit responses the whole way through. When I bought it on Saturday it was the complete opposite interaction! That team was phenomenal!!! Saturday July 8th 2023. This team on Tuesday, 2 days later, fucking garbage juice!! Which is crazy that's my favorite men's warehouse. If he's going through it, I hope it all works out.

Disappointing tux rental due to a vest that looked like a crop top and a jacket that had sleeves for a very short armed person. Store associates do not offer any solutions.

Probably the laziest men’s wear house I’ve ever been to. I’ve been a customer for this franchise for a long time, and things I’ve always respected is their attentiveness to getting you what you need and providing options.Not this store. You walk in, and the floor workers are back at their desk playing on their phones, and any questions you ask about anything, they give you short answers with no intention of making a sale or helping you find what you need.I just ordered 3 new suits online from Men’s Wear house, and had the intention of getting them tailored, but was told it was a 2 week wait. So I asked if there was a way to pay for expedited, and he told me “well you can go in the back and talk to the tailor and ask”. No chance.I had the full intention of getting the suits dropped off to be tailored and buying 3-4 new dress shirts and shoes, but obviously scrolling Tik tok and not working was more of a priority than actually helping out the customer.This is obviously not every store, but it’s sad this store accepts this mentality and lack of professionalism.
