Honestly do your research. These people are a joke. I paid 70 dollars as a down payment for them to come do a detail at 11am on 7/8/23. I was told someone would come set up 15-20 mins before the appointment. When no one was here around 11 I sent them a message with no answer. I tried calling them and I got no answer. I waited another 10 mins and tried calling again to no answer. When I tried calling 20 mins later my number was blocked. Do not trust them. They will take your money and run for the hills. They will probably message below about how that wasn't them but I have messages saved and the call log for Melz with the number on the website.*A response to the message from owner*I have called your office. Multiple times. A coworker by the name of David Guenzler asked for a down payment of 70 dollars. Everytime I call the number on YOUR WEBSITE it doesn't go through anymore. He is having people pay him directly and then blocking numbers. This is something you service as it's ON your site.Service: Auto detailing

Detailed my motorcycle and did a nice job. Said he was in a tight spot and asked if I would prepay the other work I wanted done. I agreed to pay 1500$ to help the guy out. In my opinion this business is a joke, I booked him to come and detail my motorcycle while I was at work. I wanted the black paint to be buffed/waxed so that it shined. He recommended ceramic coating and I agreed to that upcharge. Mel/Dave whatever he goes by came to my house while I was at work and spent a few hours there. I got home and inspected the work and the paint looked so much WORSE than before he touched it. You could see millions of scratches and swirl marks everywhere, the paint is now dull and looks terrible. He of course took my money and said he would fix it but I would have to bring the bike to him and pay more. He threatened to sue me if I posted a bad review. Well I am not about to be bullied, so here is my opinion of the business. Watch out, you do NOT get what you pay for.Service: Auto detailing

On 8/21 I contacted Melz regarding detailing work to be done on my truck. Through conversation we agreed on a time/date for him to come to the house to do the work (8/26). I made the mistake of buying a “gift card” from him via Venmo before he did any of the work. He showed up and began to buff the scratches out of my truck. After 2 hours he messaged me to let me know that my interior was NOT a basic interior clean and needed much more. He left and said he was going to get a larger truck to come back and finish. Through conversation I offered to make up the difference by paying him more if it was more work - he said I didn’t need to do that and instead offered me a refund for the inconvenience. We rescheduled the interior clean for 8/27. Since he left he has not returned nor has he refunded my money. On 8/27, 3 hours after he was to be here, I requested that myInterior service be canceled and asked for a refund via venmo or cashiers check. He said he would drop off the cash at 10am on 8/28. He has not done so. I am not even asking for a full refund - he can keep what it cost for the 2 hours to buff out the scratches. I am very disappointed that someone would take advantage of another person like this.

I paid them 219 to come over my house and clean my car, and they never showed up. Called em and got no response, and texted. I never knew I could be scammed by a business like this.

I’ve used Melz for the last couple years. And with me having three children, my car gets a little messy. But when he works on my car, you can’t even tell I have children. He makes it look new and the reflection of the exterior is like looking into a mirror. I will always use him for detailing my car! Definitely would recommend!

This guy is an excellent sales man, sales you the world and uses people’s pictures to advertise his business. He charged me $1600 do detail and put a coating on my motorcycle and my car. Not only did he burn the clear coat off my fairings on my bike but apparently he mixed the wrong formula and the chemical did not work. He refused to do it again after a few conversations he became very argumentative and started to make threats. My car he did most of it and never finished the work. Took him 2 weeks to come and do the car in sections because he said it wasent possible to do it all at once. Found out it was a lie he’s a compulsive liar never refunded me any of my money back and my car looks horrible half way done.Service: Auto detailing

Oh boy! We hired Mel to detail 2 vehicles, based off of google reviews we thought it would be great. He came to our home, began the detail and have to leave to take care of something else. He never returned, my husband tried contacting him multiple times to finish. He stopped responding. I then tried to contact him myself, he refused to redo the detail because he would have to redo everything and he wasn’t going to do it for free! After we already paid him $360. He became argumentative and after a long texting conversation threatened to put a restraining order on my husband on I for seeking a partial refund. What a joke!
