I recently received a picture from my brother in Racine who had it packaged at this location. The picture came completely destroyed, the glass frame was crushed, the painting cut up by the glass and just a complete disappointment. There was no where on the box the word "Fragile" , seriously a glass frame with a painting, how is this not a fragile package. My brother was told by the woman who packaged the painting, she purposely didn't put fragile on the box, I'm sorry what an idiot move, due to her incompetency I do not have my painting because it was totally ruined. And to add injury to insult this company is refusing to give them their money back for a crappy packaged job,, again without FRAGILE written on the box. I definitely don't recommend this business to ship anything!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU A WORST RATING THAN THIS, BTW THIS WAS A CHRISTMAS GIFT, THANKS MAIL AND SHIP IN RACINE!!!

Love love LOVE the 9-ish opening time! Funny and unique - real life, real people and personality. Super helpful and incredibly patient from what I’ve seen. This store is a local small business, part of the community not a huge heartless corporation. Woman owned!

The lady that works at the Racine Douglas ave location is very rude she was not only rude too me but the people in front of me as well . I've been too this location several times and she's been very rude too me each times I come there . So I thought I should write a review as I will never go back there again

We use Mail N Ship to drop off all our daily shipments. Simple drop off section in the store that is local and not across town. Barb is a straight shooter and is very helpful. She remembered my name after the second time going in. She's a one man shop and handles hundreds of packages a day. Thanks Mail N Ship!

The previous reviewers need to stop complaining about the service at this mail and ship center. Ship your package and keep your personal opinions about someone's age and attitude out of your review. Your reviews were useless. Did your package get to its location? How was the value? How were the shipping options that were presented to you? THESE are details people want to hear about. I will say I always get the best value here, my packages arrive at their destination with no issue, and the owner/operator at this location handles my belongings with care. I highly recommend this shop for the service they provide.
