Came in the other day to this branch cause I had gone to another branch and couldn’t get help and I was helped by a young lady name Sierra she helped with all my questions and understanding of an issue I had and would like to thank her as she welcomed with a great smile and wonderful sense of knowledge I would say if you need something done and right go see her

So sick of this bank.... closes at 530 and doesnt have a 24hr customer service line. I work from 6am to 6pm. I literally cant use this bank unless i take off work. And they love to block all my purchases for no reason.

Worst landmark I ever been to. Always have to wait inside for approximately 15 minutes before you get waited on. One person ahead of me and wait time ridiculous.

I’m literally in the drive line watching someone on food in December because they don’t have lobby’s open. I get covid but every other business has lobbied open! Also these lines are so ridiculously long any adult can’t genuinely wait this long knowing how busy our lives are. Came here days ago & computers were down so I waited in line for nothing & didn’t get my money I wanted to take out. I got it out today it’s took about 30-40 minutes.

I have literally sat and waited 20 minutes AFTER making a car payment just waiting for a receipt & my I.D ! This is ridiculous clearly they need more workers. The guy working the drive thru seems he has no idea what’s going on.

Absolutely awful service. Was lied to by staff and instead of them taking responsibility for their mistake, they made it seem as if I was being unreasonable.

If you're a Landmark member & in the Racine area, avoid the Rapids location. They're in an area of town where more crime happens & have a clearly more defensive approach to their customers because of it. The front doors should be your 1st indication, but their practices follow. You can see that if you match up how they handle your transactions compared to what you read should happen on the company website and/or printed literature. That could explain why they don't clearly explain policy at this branch; because they don't always follow it. It's also clear that the company doesn't put its best resources at this location. Do yourself a favor & go to a different branch. You'll get refreshingly better quality service.* To add: When we set up our account here a handful of months ago, they were supposed to order us checks. We even talked about the number to start them at. Well, they never came & we forgot about them until we finally needed to write a check for something. So I stopped by to get a cashier's check & I told them we never got our checks. The girl looked it up & saw that they were never ordered for us, but whatever program they need to order checks was down. She said they'd get them ordered & call me when the program was up. That never happened. It's been another month & we're still without checks for the few times we actually need them. Guess I'll have to pursue it with customer service. Again, it would seem they don't put their best resources here (ie. working technology) & the people there have dropped the issue on us twice now.

The slowest service ever. People driving away from waiting to long. Bank somewhere else. Drive thru is the worst ever. Been in line with 3 cars for 20 minutes. Lobby not open so drive thru only. Terrible service and slow as hell. What are you people doing??

Our dad passed away recently and had a trust fund located at this branch location. We provided all the necessary documents of his passing. Unfortunately they denied our request to close out the account and pay for our funeral expenses. We literally had to contact the funeral service we went to so they could provide more evidence of our father passed away. We got everything sorted out as of today. Landmark credit union said we are very sorry it had to come to this. This experience with this business was absolutely unacceptable and very disrespectful to us. Customer service was absolutely horrible. No respect for our loss. We don't recommend doing business with landmark after how they treated us so disrespectful. If we could give lankmark a zero rating we would but unfortunately a one star is the lowest to give.
