The time at this place was terrible I was there for over an hour and a half they were having so many problems with the computer and information that was sent on the computer not a good experience but would make me feel better they said they will pick four people to win some prize to double your taxes And that gave me hope but I work alittle more and getting half of what I got back last year so it's bad but the lady that took care of me at Jackson Hewitt was very nice and polite

I think the prices are high but I only come back every year for the good conversation with my preparer Kizzy and she makes the price worth paying. I also got to meet Lori and she’s a real cool person as well. I recommend Kizzy or Lori.
