We got our taxes done at this location and they had a new person that messed up our return she claim we only got a child credit of 200 for my minor child then said we got the advance and we have not seen a dime and it's been over a week we had to call the IRS to fis our taxes and now the child credit is 2000$ Jackson Hewitt is trash do not go there

This place is absolute Garbage. First time getting our taxes done here and there was a screw up with our filling. We've been calling and calling, one time they called us back gave them all paperwork haven't heard from them again. Still waiting on a response to our issue.

I made an appointment and no one showed up to the office. Even the sign on the door confirmed that someone should have been there. I waited 30 mins just in case life caught up with the staff. Nothing.
