Rented here for 4 years and then ended up with a Rat problem from the landscapers keeping feed in the units, lol I called the owner to let him know and he literally acted like a 12 year who hand his hand smacked for being in the cookie jar, and then swore at my 70 year old mother over the phone thinking it was her unit, if trash had a home it’s here

It’s a shame when a business has the attitude of you, the customer, work for the owner. No, I pay you, who in exchange is supposed to offer me, a good service. The owner is very greedy and will steal from you if given an opportunity. If you’re desperate and need a space, hopefully you get one that is paved, as the gentleman is too cheap to reinvest profits into paving the remainder of the gravel. So be prepared for dust and dirt in your unit and vehicle. Also, I hope you don’t plan to go during snow months because there’s a good chance it will not be plowed. It’s a bad service to the community. The punchline to all of this is the little guy is so righteous you’d think he’d get it right!

Our storage unit was locked inappropriately due to lost payments and chaotic bookkeeping practices. Do not use this storage unit unless if you want to lose everything. About 10-20k worth of old furniture and antiques was auctioned for 165.00 w/o us ever being called or notified.

20k in property was auctioned for 165. My payment was misapplied, now I have to sue them to try and recover funds. The nameplate on desk speaks volumes. I will attach it. Also, there is a stack of subpoenas and lawsuits on the desk there, over the same situation.

Storage units are decent if you get one on the paved areas, but you have to weigh that out when dealing with owners that are not good at book-keeping. Make sure to keep a record of all payments made and when checks cleared to keep you stuff safe.
