20k in property was auctioned for 165, whilst I was never contacted. The old man John Longo was a very abrasive and rude man. Spoke in a condescending tone, talks down to and threatens people with concealed weapons. Hes unprofessional and sexist towards women. His kids run it now and it's one huge mess. At as chef is the name plate on the desk. Please look at it. There is a stack of subpoenas and law suits due to this same behavior and business practices.

Horrible experience -- everything was stolen from our unit by the owners and auctioned for two months rent, when payment had already been paid and cleared.

Our storage unit was locked inappropriately due to lost payments and chaotic bookkeeping practices. Do not use this storage unit unless if you want to lose everything. About 10-20k worth of old furniture and antiques was auctioned for 165.00 w/o us ever being called or notified.
