My wife is extremely picky with her nails and drives me crazy when they are done poorly. Since we moved to Racine, less than a year ago, we have been to almost every nail place. This was one of the last locations. We even traveled to Kenosha trying to find somewhere. This place was a Grand Slam. She has been nothing less than extremely happy! They do incredible work and they detail the designs by hand. Great place! I will add more pics later.

Went in for 2 services yesterday. When I saw Jason was going to take care of me. I added fly someone else and the receptionist said idk who else would have time to do your nails. The guy is always so rough. He scratched me with the nail file and last time he cut me. On 2 fingers and he doesn’t say sorry. Anyway he was working on my toes and cut my nail way too low. Now I have sore spot and have to take care of it, so I don’t get an ingrown. I am in pain and couldn’t sleep. Soaked it in Epsom water and filled with cotton and neosporin.

I have always been so dissatisfied about my nails all the time when I got them done anywhere but I’ve never been to Racine to get my nails done and it was a cross from where my boyfriend works and I decided to go there to get my nails done and I am so blessed I went there this guy took no time and got to work and shaped my nails how I wanted it I was nervous I was gonna have a crooked nail but the guy was so persistent and always made sure my nails where the same as the other ones. I was so satisfied with everything and I’ll definitely have to go back there instead of going anywhere else! 10/10 for them!

I have been getting my finger and toe nails done here for a while. They're always amazing! I choose to see Paul and my fill last three weeks with very few issues. I really appreciate a good company with great work ethic when it comes to where I choose to spend my hard earned dollar.

They made me wait 15 minutes for an appointment and when I sat down the person who did my nails let me leave with two different shapes on my hands. When I tried to ask for them to fix it the woman (who claimed she was a manager) was extremely rude and aggressively filed my nails all while telling me I was the problem. They also over charged me for a fillin. I called the real manager who said he call me back and didn’t. I will never go back due to their rude customer service and failure to follow up. Not to mention just horrible skill set.
