They gave me an appointment a week ahead with a “more experienced” preparer. When I arrived that preparer could not do my taxes. Manager was at lunch and didn’t answer the phone. Wasted a week waiting for a worthless appointment and then couldn’t get any help at a later time. Won’t be coming back to handr block

Quick and Easy! David was very professional and considerate. He walked me through the process and made sure all my questions were answered. They did in less than an hour what would have taken me about 6. A bit pricey from what I remember, but worth the money.
