They gave me an appointment a week ahead with a “more experienced” preparer. When I arrived that preparer could not do my taxes. Manager was at lunch and didn’t answer the phone. Wasted a week waiting for a worthless appointment and then couldn’t get any help at a later time. Won’t be coming back to handr block
