The rental area of Home Depot is a absolutely joke!!! I rented a trailer for THREE days and anything after two gets charged for a full week!!! What???? I was never told that at renting they said that 7 days is a week and yet after just THREE days I was charged $567 for a dump trailer for once again THREE days! Also the blinkers on the trailer didn’t work and the hooks were broken. Like what for that type of money and to have all those problems. Extremely disappointed and will never rent from them again!! Never ever again Home Depot

Went to purchase a tool box for the garage and asked for help to get it to the register. Well 25 minutes later nobody showed up but there was 4 guys at the door chatting it up .. well needless to say I walked out and will purchase one at harbor freight tomorrow. Absolutely disappointed with the service

Employees are not the smartest and not train at all. I send couple people for wood size 1 5/8 x 1/5/8 x 4 or bigger so I can cut wood for this dimension they told them that they don't have it then second time they sold other guy 2x4 and told him to cut it from this. So Employees doesn't know that the 2 x 4 size is 1..5 by 3.5 inch. They have to learn how to use tape measure. Always hard to find anything. To management: reorder products when you low on it not when you out of it... how hard is that ??

I have been doing a lot of yard work during the pandemic and we have frequented your store. Every single time I've gone in the last 3 months I've had excellent customer service at the Racine, WI store. Employees have approached me and led me to product. Your stores are clean and your employees are helpful. I worked in a home improvement store for 14 years and I'm very impressed.

I needed some 3-1/2 wide dog-eared fence wood. I checked the Home Depot App where it said to contact the store to check availability. Because of Covid-19, I didn't want to make the trip to the store unless they had what I needed, so I called the store. I was bounced between the lumber dept. and customer service 7 times, then got hung up on. To their credit, the guy from lumber called me back so I described what I was looking for . . . 3-1/2" wide x 6' pickets. The guy said, of sure, we've got tons of those. I said, "you're sure, because I don't want to make the trip for nothing. The Lumber Associate replied, "oh, we always have lots of those on hand." So, I made the trip. Well, they did not have any. When I told the "kid" who worked in the lumber department what happened, he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I will only return to this Home Depot as a last resort in the future.

I specifically came here to get all my garden flowers, mulch, shrubs, etc., because it is all outdoors so I could avoid going into the store. However, they are now requiring you to enter the store only from the very farthest entrance away from the garden area, and you have to walk through the entire store to get there! I turned around and I'm going elsewhere. Stupid, stupid rule, Home Depot! Whose brilliant idea was this?!

The store pickup is a joke. No one can tell you any idea when your order would be ready. Website said it would be ready today but it wasn't. 3 items? called the store and the girl would not look it up. only said it might be ready tomorrow. I'm stopping by Lowe's and may cancel my order.

We were supposed to get a fridge today. The guys came in, tracking in mud and water, went back to get fridge and said it was broke and drove away. We had to call customer service and they said we can’t get our fridge for another week now?! Ummmm seriously?!

Frank Bodnar deserves a medal! He is amazing he spent an hour and a half with me while I debated between two washer and dryer sets. He was so knowledgeable and spent time showing me different features and looking up any questions He didn’t know the answered to. So grateful to have such an easy time buying a met set. Thank you so much.

They do not stand by their word, a manager today told me today she doesn’t care what her employees say they are wrong, sad when their own manager basically tells you that you can’t trust her own employees, and basically tells you they don’t give a F and refuse to do anything to help you.

Service and availability was great. Got everything I needed for my project. Only thing was price match has to be big box only so I bought the Milwaukee vacuum online for about half the price. That's company policy though and reflects in no way on this particular store.
